Hey @Bell ! My husband in on the phone for almost 40 minutes to cancel his mobile line. Someone talk to him in less than 1 and a half minute, but as long as he said CANCELLATION he’s on hold. What a shame. @BellCanadaWatch

@Bell tech support, nice job speeding up the wifi (to something close to the promised amount), but did not ask to have the PVR contents vaporized. That was an unpleasant surprise.

@care_hebert @dprlot @Bell_Support Yes if you dabbled with the password you would lose access when the network came back. You can always contact Bell support for a new password if you can’t find yours :)

@Bell_Support Come on Bell. This is unacceptable. No tv or internet since 7 am yesterday. The last time this happened, it was out for 3 days! This should not happen in 2023. Also please update your outage page regularly. customers need to ne compensated for this.

@Bell Your corporate customer care agent said it was ok Question, if I have a copy of a service agreement with no signatures of mine, technically that means, one could argue that it’s not seen as illegal although they have multiple choice terms and conditions, there’s a choice?
