@Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

@Bell Yeah I never going with bell ever again. Used to have two phone lines running to our house paying for both and all of a sudden one doesn't work Bell disconnected it and give it to our neighbor didn't inform us even though we were still paying for it.

@Bell_Support wireless internet is again out in the Pelham area. Over the last three months. There have been literally almost a month of outages. This is simply unacceptable. Will service be restored shortly or will it be another week, like last time?

So @Bell just silently canceled it even though I have no indication of such. I see Bell hasn’t changed much. Now I wait on @Bell_Support to try and find a new appointment. What a terrible first impression this is. Lost a day of work, now will need to lose another likely.
