@Bell_Support That’s unfortunate as I just switched the Bell and the service provider I was with had a separate customer service department so the wait times were short.

Lu (@lieu_days) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@mssweetmarie @Bell_Support I have the exact same issue with @BellFibe Its so annoying for the kids who are trying to get school work done. They have tested the lines say everything is fine, hello it’s not!!!

@whytock79 @Bell @startca That’s what I had before. Massive latency. 2-5% packet loss. And they couldn’t fix it.

Thank god I am a child of the early 90s internet era. When your @Bell_Support internet sucks so badly, you tap into that early, dial-up connection patience 😤😑⏳ #millenial #beepboop #tincanphoneinternet

Melisa Kuwabara (@mkuwabee) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@Bell_Support @AsurionCares FYI to anyone considering getting “smart care” it is not apple care and the customer service so far has been hideous to say the least! #fairwarning

What a day. Rough @Bell_Support install of equipment appearently tech support hasn’t been trained on yet, and @StarbucksCanada filled my #latte to 70% so I’m low on fuel.

  • cckan79
Carrie Kan (@cckan79) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@Bell_Support This isn't directed to those who work for Bell but rather to "the powers that be" @Bell. People are relying on your services for their income and YOU AREN'T PROVIDING SUPPORT. A week with no home services isn't acceptable now.

  • darbydogism
trudigoodfellow (@darbydogism) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@Bell_Support I would have thought proper arrangements were made with the 3 previous service technicians. I did call Bell today and was kept on the phone with no satisfactory resolution. Bell does not respect me as a customer and does not value my time.

  • med0475
Mike D (@med0475) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@Bell_Support Get better training for the “highest level of customer service I can speak to”...reward loyalty..and don’t be arrogant. You’re not a monopoly anymore. That’s what you can do

  • Roberts_Law
Catherine Roberts (@Roberts_Law) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@Bell_Support I have been on the phone, bouncing between agents and mostly on hold, for TWO HOURS now. Trying to get resolution of issues around my business internet service. Totally unacceptable. #CustomerServiceFail

@stunlokked @Bell Wait for a scamming (you know the demographic) door to door salesman. He will tell you about a new customer promo. You tell him you already have service. He tells you to pretend you're moving out of the country and close the acct. Sign up with another member of the house.
