Monster Truck (@Monster_Truck_) reported from Hamilton, Ontario@Bell is quite literally the worst company in Canada. No one is more anti consumer and money/power driven. Any time you can choose an alternative you should do so. @startca @TekSavvyBuzz or any other 3rd party reseller will treat you better and give you better options.
-
Lu (@lieu_days) reported from Burlington, Ontario@mssweetmarie @Bell_Support I have the exact same issue with @BellFibe Its so annoying for the kids who are trying to get school work done. They have tested the lines say everything is fine, hello it’s not!!!

Mike D (@med0475) reported from Hamilton, OntarioWow..@Bell_Support @Bell really sucks at customer loyalty. You’d think they’d be more willing to work with a 45 year customer. . Time to find a new provider for my mom because they sure do not deserve any more of her money. #bell #bellCanada

Steve Wilkie (@stevesfs) reported from Hamilton, Ontario@RogersHelps Im not effected by the @RogersHelps or @Bell_Support issue. I’m a happy @telusmobility customer. It was more just to point out that Bell and Rogers customers using @RemindHQ will not receive SMS message a key communication tool with our kids teachers but Telus clients will

-
Carrie Kan (@cckan79) reported from Burlington, Ontario@Bell_Support This isn't directed to those who work for Bell but rather to "the powers that be" @Bell. People are relying on your services for their income and YOU AREN'T PROVIDING SUPPORT. A week with no home services isn't acceptable now.
-
Eduardo Mejia (@edumejiac) reported from Burlington, Ontario@Bell I’m new costumer I’ve been waiting a week for cable & wifi installation. contacted costumer service and what I got as a answer was “if you are not happy you can cancel you order” i will and go back with cogeco at least they’re nice ppl thanks !
-
Diane Smyth (@missussmyff) reported from Hamilton, OntarioNew order. Really????? 3 phones with you since 2009 and this is how you treat a customer koodo? Time to check with @Bell @Rogers
-
JustBeth (@aspeckledbethy) reported from Hamilton, OntarioSo we're all agreed #BellLetsTalk is just performative horseshit by a multi-billion dollar corporation trying to get PR brownie points and tax write offs? It's ok to not be ok but it's not ok to use serious issues for marketing purposes only. Tsk tsk tsk @Bell
-
Rob and Vicki (@ConantLeppard) reported from Burlington, Ontario@Bell @Raptors I would bring my brother @ConantTom... we have never been to a game
-

Do you have an ETA on when service will be back on? Folks in our house are trying to teach @McMasterU courses, and do work with companies in Canada and US etc. Others will be in the same position.
-
Sylvia Bolle (@SylviaBolle) reported from Hamilton, Ontario@Bell_Support What is with these numerous calls I get a day from numbers beginning with the letter V and from cities across the U.S. This has only started since I switched my wireless to Bell. Never had this issue when I was with Rogers. I want these calls to stop

Bell Canada Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Cars-Sports-News (@CarsSportsNews) reported@bell if you’re going to have people working remotely at least ensure they have a good cell phone signal. Or call the customer back when the call drops
-
CDN_Karma (@cdn_karma) reported@z_haus @Bell I have AI call answer. Never deal with spam calls as a result. Freedom wireless is where it is at if you want to save money, (as long as you live in a region with it) Rogers uses 3rd party call centers in India and other nations as well. While charging you premium prices.
-
Sovereign Bladekiss | Sommelier VTuber 🍷 (@sovbladekiss) reported@Bell_Support I'll be going to the store in person tomorrow to have them swapped. I'll still be nice to the employees since it's not their fault at all, but man this has been the absolute worst customer service experience I've ever had.
-
Shiraz (@HenryEd13) reported@Bell Thank you for the reply. While I understand that operating costs change, increasing rates while automation and AI are simultaneously driving down operational and support costs for your company feels like passing the burden onto customers rather than sharing any efficiency gains. True brand loyalty goes both ways, it means rewarding long-standing clients, not continuously raising their bills. If my rate cannot remain competitive, I will need to explore better-valued options elsewhere.
-
Antonina Banks (@antonina_b69872) reported@PierrePoilievre @Bell @Rogers SERVICE AND SERVICES PROVIDERS
-
Paul Salmon (@pfsalmon) reported@Rogers You better make it worth my while. I have just moved my Internet to you from @Bell. I haven't cancelled @Bell yet, but I will cancel you because of this horrible client disrespect. I don't have hours to wait for your idiotic customer service.
-
Guddu Bhaiyya (@shavezsurve23) reported@Bell not just that I'll switch all my services from bell, but I'll make sure I refer this customer service incident to all my friends and family to make sure they switch too.
-
Sovereign Bladekiss | Sommelier VTuber 🍷 (@sovbladekiss) reported@Bell_Support As low as my expectations were going into it, it still baffled me at how bad it was at assisting. It would not register my requests, suggests completely different solutions as to what was needed or tried to get me to upgrade my plan.
-
Baseballcanadiangal (@Frogger2175) reported@Bell WHEN are you fixing the phones for Mississauga green house? Over 8 days with no fix? You are killing their business and angering clients trying to call them. Take ownership and fix it! Thinking of moving to Rogers
-
Saim Rashid (@saimrashid) reported@Bell @Bell @Bell_Support The issue isn't a changing estimate, it is the intentional dishonesty and ignoring your customers. How is it ok to have a 4 day outage and completely ignore customers and provide no feedback or updates?
