    @Bell Smart pay? What a ******* joke. An elderly lady was dumb enough to do give her banking info & was double billed for aprox15yrs & when confronted you magnanimously offered her a year's free service as if that made up 4 15yrs of the double billing. #GreedyBellCanadaSucks ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ

    @Bell_Support This isn't directed to those who work for Bell but rather to "the powers that be" @Bell. People are relying on your services for their income and YOU AREN'T PROVIDING SUPPORT. A week with no home services isn't acceptable now.

    I use to spend so much money @Rogers @RogersHelps and they never listened to my complaint about them breaching my privacy but then @Bell @Bell_Support I was taken care of with respect.

    @Bell All home services are down. We can't even get through to someone to help us. Internet and phone are essential to work from home.

    No internet or tv service for 3 days. The last time this happened we had to wait for 5 days. Kid has final exam for an online course tomorrow and no viable access to his program materials from home. #bellrhymeswith @Bell

    @Bell_Support @peteroiler11 It was a nationwide problem with Bell I'm in Ontario and same thing happened to me lastnight. Tried everything. Phone works today though. @Bell_Support definitely needs to investigate.

    @Bell_Support - tech support said thereโ€™s an outage in our area (Westdale #HamOnt). Do you have an ETA on when service will be back on? Folks in our house are trying to teach @McMasterU courses, and do work with companies in Canada and US etc. Others will be in the same position.

    @RogersHelps Im not effected by the @RogersHelps or @Bell_Support issue. Iโ€™m a happy @telusmobility customer. It was more just to point out that Bell and Rogers customers using @RemindHQ will not receive SMS message a key communication tool with our kids teachers but Telus clients will

    @Violet_71 @Bell You aren't missing much, I have mine installed and the service is less than ideal and when you call to have it checked out they do a remote modem reset and that's it. Called repeatedly last couple of weeks.

    I donโ€™t understand @Bell There TV is crap. I wish we didnโ€™t change from @Rogers and now we are stuck with a two year contract of crappiness. Stay far away from Bell. We have to reboot PVR daily and it will only take 1-2 shows a day. #bellsucks
