    I use to spend so much money @Rogers @RogersHelps and they never listened to my complaint about them breaching my privacy but then @Bell @Bell_Support I was taken care of with respect.

    @taykmr @mssweetmarie @Bell_Support @BellFibe I tried to get @cogeco but they said there was no line to my house and never ended up putting one in or setting me up. So seems that no one has good customer service. I wish there were options.

    @Bell_Support Iโ€™m new costumer Iโ€™ve been waiting a week for cable & wifi installation. contacted costumer service and what I got as a answer was โ€œif you are not happy you can cancel you orderโ€ i will and go back with cogeco at least theyโ€™re nice ppl thanks !

    @Bell_Support I would have thought proper arrangements were made with the 3 previous service technicians. I did call Bell today and was kept on the phone with no satisfactory resolution. Bell does not respect me as a customer and does not value my time.

    @Bell_Support - tech support said thereโ€™s an outage in our area (Westdale #HamOnt). Do you have an ETA on when service will be back on? Folks in our house are trying to teach @McMasterU courses, and do work with companies in Canada and US etc. Others will be in the same position.

    @theresemacdona6 @Bell I had great luck with TSN. Never had to contact @Bell through a DM. And calling and demanding that it be escalated to a supervisor has worked for me in the past. Try that

    @Bell Iโ€™ve now contacted Chat and Escalation phone 7 times. The service is cancelled without an information, no one knows why, and I keep giving my email and phone # for 24-72h call. And I keep not receiving any contacts. Just do better.
