@Bell_Support I would like to know how to get off your telephone spam service. I am getting multiple calls a day from 18669880885 after installation of services to my apartment. I would like the incessant calls from your marketing department to stop.

  • BoissiereRealty Damian Boissiere, CFA (@BoissiereRealty) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Trying to switch from Rogers to Bell for internet and somehow Bell keeps dropping the ball. It's as if they don't want new customers. @Bell it should not take 3 appts and counting to figure out what is needed for my installation. Terrible first impression.

  • JeffreyLuscombe Jeffrey Luscombe (@JeffreyLuscombe) reported from Toronto, Ontario

I was told an hour ago @Bell_Support is on the way to fix the problem the other tech couldn’t fix a couple of days ago after days of them trying to fix remotely. Think I’ll get a rebate for the weeks not working?

  • ConsumerSOS 𝚂𝚎á𝚗 𝙾’𝚂𝚑𝚎𝚊 Global News (@ConsumerSOS) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@PhillSnel @Bell The anchor was disconnected. That’s bad for connections!

  • JeffreyLuscombe Jeffrey Luscombe (@JeffreyLuscombe) reported from Toronto, Ontario

My favourite line working with @Bell_Support when I asked them to try calling my phone line when it suddenly went down. “We cannot call out by phone.” The phone company said (wrote) that to me. They cannot call out by phone.

  • JeffreyLuscombe Jeffrey Luscombe (@JeffreyLuscombe) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Make a note how surprised I am the technician made everything worse because they were determined to switch me to fibre optics which I didn’t want then was unable to finish due to some problem but another tech is coming in a few days. Thanks for nothing @Bell_Support

  • Bucky_5000 Ariel White (@Bucky_5000) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Two of your agents are in my house right now installing a new order that I put of pure fiber, @Bell_Support Jesus Christ, why those guys have to speak on the phone all the time while they are at customer's house? This is completely inappropriate!

  • BobbyBarbieX Bobby Barbie (@BobbyBarbieX) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support Is there a fibe tv outage or any other technical issues? I cannot access my tv services in my bell account to make changes.

  • GuyFournier Guy Fournier (@GuyFournier) reported

@Bell_Support FIBE10 service is slow and unreliable. Any updates on price reduction/promos on WHI50 or a higher data cap? #bell thinking it's okay to charge up to $249/month after overage charge on a Basic Service is frusterating. PLEASE HELP....

  • SEddyEdwin Edwin Sugiono (@SEddyEdwin) reported

@Bell_Support hi I the highest plan I believe you can get for data but the speed has been slow lately. For the price I'm paying it should be consistent.

  • Becker02 Stuart Becker (@Becker02) reported

1.5 Hrs on the phone with @bell_support customer service just to get them to send me a tech is unacceptable for one of Canada’s largest corporation. I am livid right now and STILL on hold waiting to get an appointment

  • el_CleaningGuy George David (@el_CleaningGuy) reported

@PJRaptorSZN @Raptors @Bell This guy like looks like someone I used to hang out with before I *** serious with my life and making things happen. Chewing with your mouth open is just nasty but I don’t Kaarre

  • senkins senkins (@senkins) reported

@Wiiggles_ @Bell I would - **** this ****. You'd think that in the middle of a pandemic where people are relying on the internet to make any sort of living, that an ISP would take their obligations seriously. I mean even the worst over in the UK realise this

  • Wiiggles_ Wiggles (@Wiiggles_) reported

@senkins @Bell I mean you ain't wrong, you think after 20 + years of my family being with bell, they'd give us a little more respect or you know service. The gov has put into affected ISP's must provide 5-10mbps, LEGALLY & $$$ put into infrastructures, WELL where and when do I see the changes

  • TDotMonkey Talking Monkey (@TDotMonkey) reported

@Bell so In the middle of the second wave of a pandemic you want to come into my place to upgrade your service which I do not have ... do you think this is even remotely right

  • halfcreamtim Chico Rodrigues (@halfcreamtim) reported

@Bell_Support I don’t want to discuss issues. This is something as a major company you should know by now. Start treating loyal customers loyally instead of hosing them all the time when they stick with you. Something your company has never understood.
