@Bell_Support I know, I read your copy and paste response. As a support agent myself, not cool bro.

  • delliott13 Doug 🇨🇦 (@delliott13) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support Noticed my Fibe 50 internet seems painfully slow for quite awhile. Speed test says my download speed is only 24mps, 1/2 of what it should be. Not impressed at the moment.

  • jojo66newbery JOM (@jojo66newbery) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@copymiller @Bell @phoneclaim don’t buy insurance on our phones anymore. service is horrible and if I get lucky i might have a phone 2 weeks after I claimed it. My car got fixed faster than this.

  • 449_joe joe (@449_joe) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@JustinTrudeau @Bell It's either you gave in to China or it's going to cost Canadians$s. Sounds like your government is caving in to Huawei to save face. Using Bell as a ****. Selling out Canada as usual. Best thing is to step down and give your party a good Chance to stay in power. Remember K Wynne

  • tracylyn44 Tracy D (@tracylyn44) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell 1 (877) 487-9570 is your number. Keeps calling me but never leaves a message 😐

  • arthurmorgqn marlee (@arthurmorgqn) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support why my wifi so bad lol

  • tedgraham Ted Graham (@tedgraham) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support Also waiting for communication about the interruption during the final minutes of the game. Such a bad customer experience at a crucial time...

  • __LELLI 𝔙𝔞𝔫𝔦𝔩𝔩𝔞 ℑ𝔠𝔢 △⃒⃘ (@__LELLI) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@miz_flow @Bell_Support @RogersHelps I actually didn’t get a reply and had to call in, tech coming on Wednesday. We’ve had shit service since Saturday

  • mira_que_bella Oana Sirb (@mira_que_bella) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@karensd @Bell @Raptors That’s terrible, I wouldn’t pay for such dreadful service either. My mother, who resides in Toronto, has had nothing but problems with them for the past 2 years... Too bad you missed out on the ending...💕

  • FitzDrum Michael Fitzgibbon (@FitzDrum) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Of all my AppleTV apps, @Bell Fibe is the worst. Of my Android TV apps, @Bell Fibe is the worst. Of my steaming services, @Bell Crave is the worst. Of my Fibe TV channels, @Bell Media channels are the worst. Being at the bottom of everything is a quite an achievement.

  • Monster_Truck_ Monster Truck (@Monster_Truck_) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@Bell is quite literally the worst company in Canada. No one is more anti consumer and money/power driven. Any time you can choose an alternative you should do so. @startca @TekSavvyBuzz or any other 3rd party reseller will treat you better and give you better options.

  • kevinmancita_ kmancita (@kevinmancita_) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

    @Bell is the worst

  • lisajryder Lisa Ryder (@lisajryder) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support oh hey Bell. You are making it incredibly hard to stay with you as a provider. I am moving and have been on the phone for more than an hour to make this basic service happen.

  • mkuwabee Melisa Kuwabara (@mkuwabee) reported from Hamilton, Ontario

@Bell_Support @AsurionCares FYI to anyone considering getting “smart care” it is not apple care and the customer service so far has been hideous to say the least! #fairwarning

  • AustinNewdick Austin Newdick (@AustinNewdick) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell this is the second time that #FibeTV #AltTv failed when it absolutely mattered most. It’s sad that I had to use an illegal source because my paid service is clearly not “Canada’s most reliable network” And $10 is not at all going to cut it. #divorce

  • 6ixTo6ix мadυѕнan arυna jedan (@6ixTo6ix) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell It’s not available for my area unfortunately. It’s Bell is so bad in my area. The max speed is 50mpbs.

  • SparkAlMac AlMac (@SparkAlMac) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support I want to cancel my service without getting hung up on after 45minutes of waiting for confirmation. Unless you can give me a 24hr line where I can cancel my service, you are of no use to me. A complaint with the better business bureau of Canada has already been filed.

  • SparkAlMac AlMac (@SparkAlMac) reported from Toronto, Ontario

This is what @Bell does when you attempt to cancel your internet. They put you on hold for upwards of an hour, then hang up on you and make you call back and go through entire process again. What a bull shit scam artist company with nothing but a criminality and fraud mindset.

  • ioverherder Michelle Herder (@ioverherder) reported from Toronto, Ontario

What a shame that @Bell is about to lose a customer who has used them exclusively for 24 years. They really need to improve how they treat customers. It brings me no joy to be looking for a new provider.

  • greggtilston Gregg Tilston🍷🥘🤘⛷🏎✈️🇨🇦🐾👩‍👧‍👦👨‍👧‍👦 (@greggtilston) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support @simplegearle It’s a rough number based on annual average increase. But it comes out to fifty four thousand ******* dollars. Service fees, not hardware. Just let that sink in for a second.

Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • JoHolypoker Jo Dee (@JoHolypoker) reported

@Bell If you would expand to rural areas in Ontario I would try it. It makes no sense that someone down the road form me has Bell service and I don't.

  • nosam4u Sam Singh (@nosam4u) reported

@Bell_Support I have a suggestion. Please make sure your reps are putting proper notes down. They never do. #Starlink

  • ListenupNicho ListenupEdityou (@ListenupNicho) reported

@Chapsterrific @Bell Hi Ian. Just quick check, did Bell fix this problem then ?

  • AgesilausSparta Agesilaus Of Sparta (@AgesilausSparta) reported

@martinchenier82 @Bell_Support @Rogers The technician came today and said some other idiot technician downstairs removed our connection and didn't put it back in. So it wasn't because of the blackout. It was some other moron who had been called for another apartment.

  • mooseandmen Of moose and men (@mooseandmen) reported

@Bell_Support A notification of a system wide outage on Wireless Home Internet service would have been nice. You communicate with me to sell me all sorts of stuff, but you can't be bothered to notify me when you can't deliver the services I pay for?! Googling @SpaceXStarlink

  • mmarkwell mmarkwell (@mmarkwell) reported

So this same game runs flawlessly on the same fibe internet only using wi-fi and my iPhone XS. WTF. @Bell_Support

  • nickcvrp carp (@nickcvrp) reported

@Bell ever since your tech came to fix something my Xbox has constantly got “double NAT detected” and my lag has been unbearable. Called 3 times and no one seems to be able to identify the problem - if anything @bell INCREASES your lag and frustrations

  • ListenupNicho ListenupEdityou (@ListenupNicho) reported

@JulieViola21 @Bell Hi Julie, what happened next, did Bell fix this ****?

  • nosam4u Sam Singh (@nosam4u) reported

@Bell_Support I called Bell again and have been on the phone for 45 mins. Each time having to explain what the issue is. The person on the phone tried reaching the rep that was supposed to call me. She is ignoring his messages. I wish there was an alternative to Bell - come on Starlink.

  • lunascrypto Luna's Crypto Account (@lunascrypto) reported

@Bell_Support why is your internet SO ******! it crashes every few minutes and its pretty damn annoying. I tried restarting the router, i've tried everything and it still crashes with error 1000/2000 on the router. FIX. YOUR. ****!
