Maybe less so with the current financing model, but that is one of the problems with having meaningful competition only at the top end of the market.

So my @Rogers Ignite is down. Used my @Bell service to contact you. Got a COVID questionnaire even though your tech people won’t come inside anyway. Internet is essential in these times. I work from home and have to pay double as neither is reliable.

Sure there's lots of pep meetings & seminars but when I was there they were very unscrupulous. Now there customer service sucks, big hypocrites & referred to as the devil around my house.
