Check your bills people!! Last year i discovered that i was paying $10 more for data that was $10 less on MyBell. I'm not sure when that changed, but @bell told me their data charges change. But that never reflected on my bill. That's atleast $120. Today i discovered....

  • EricaEhm Erica Ehm (@EricaEhm) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@MichCWilliamson @FreedomMobile I’m staying with @Bell myself for now. I’m still using my trusty iPhone 7 so my data plan is fine and the cell service is more developed.

  • ShukzzA shuks (@ShukzzA) reported from Toronto, Ontario

  • shurmanator ℙ𝕖𝕥𝕖𝕣 𝕊𝕙𝕦𝕣𝕞𝕒𝕟 (@shurmanator) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@georganneb @char_lawyer @Bell @Rogers @TELUS Georganne, nobody dislikes those guys more than me but the systems were not designed for this. Same for internet. It’s like a water pipe to service an apartment complex is a foot in diameter but not if everybody is always home and taking showers simultaneously. Get used to it.

  • sheldonbk Sheldon Kerzner (@sheldonbk) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Ani1u7 @Rogers @Bell @TELUS I have a sharing plan that's grandfathered so extra lines are cheap. We never go over 10GB combined but I like the cushion. I always bought phones outright but not last time and now flagships are crazy$. Approx $100/mo w/add ons (voice to text vcmail, etc).

  • SamanthaWishes Samantha🌻 (@SamanthaWishes) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell your staff is LESS than helpful. My account was taken through the SIM card fraud and I’ve never had an account with BELL but now can’t get my account back and your phone line lady hung up on us because she’s wanting us to leave quarantine to come into a bell store

  • AkoSiLAD bradly paitim (@AkoSiLAD) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell NO internet service, of course NO fibe tv (M6J___ area)as well..... for more than 3 hours now... #StayAtHomeOrder is bad enough (but willingly!) without internet & tv is the ultimate. Rogers service is working. time to switch

  • kennawhitnell Kenna (@kennawhitnell) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support @Bell worst customer service ever. Been on the phone everyday for 2 weeks for hours and was supposed to get a call back from supervisor everytime, which has never happened. Have over $1300 in charges that are for services I never asked for. Terrible service.

  • doccreative David O'Connell (@doccreative) reported from Milton, Ontario

Hey @bell get your act together. We waste so much time on the same issue and your reps always say “we will put notes on the account” then never read those notes or they are deleted once the call is over only have to repeat ourselves again #frustrated #updateyourcrm

  • kevineproulx Kevin Edward Proulx (@kevineproulx) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell_Support Well somebody found the problem and fixed it because they all just came back online. 😉

  • fnthawar Farhan Thawar (@fnthawar) reported from Toronto, Ontario

I’m super disappointed with @Bell and @Bell_Support over the last few weeks. I’ve either had a technician or phone support almost every single day (including today where we started with working internet and TV and ended with nothing working!) Do not recommend

  • kreemy1983 Kareem 🇯🇲🇨🇦🇯🇲 (@kreemy1983) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@Bell @Bell_Support I know ppl complain about Bell all the time but honestly, y’all need to do better. Whoever Ayra in the Internet Call centre is, she’s bad for business and pretty useless to be very honest! If ppl only get results with a letter to Mirko Bibic so be it! 😤😡😠😒

  • edumejiac Eduardo Mejia (@edumejiac) reported from Burlington, Ontario

@ConsumerSOS Also better customer service because that desert is populated not by call centres staffed by @Rogers or @Bell but instead by Screwhorn antelopes and Fennec foxes.

@Bell_Support I have been without internet since Saturday. This is terrible. The internet is now essential. I need someone to reach out to me ASAP!

  • JeffreyLuscombe Jeffrey Luscombe (@JeffreyLuscombe) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Make a note how surprised I am the technician made everything worse because they were determined to switch me to fibre optics which I didn’t want then was unable to finish due to some problem but another tech is coming in a few days. Thanks for nothing @Bell_Support

  • amyinthesky3 metalcwhore 🇨🇦 (@amyinthesky3) reported

    @Bell I'm with you and I pay 110 for 2GB? Wtf.

  • JeffreyLuscombe Jeffrey Luscombe (@JeffreyLuscombe) reported from Toronto, Ontario

My favourite line working with @Bell_Support when I asked them to try calling my phone line when it suddenly went down. “We cannot call out by phone.” The phone company said (wrote) that to me. They cannot call out by phone.

  • Ebadkhan0 ebad (@Ebadkhan0) reported

@Bell Ye switch and never get the phone thats been ordered for 2 weeks now low quality service!!

  • WarrenAskew2 Warren Askew (@WarrenAskew2) reported from Point Edward, Ontario

@ConsumerSOS And the #Hwy402 corridor that @Bell_Support serves. I’ve had a ticket opened with them as you can’t have a basic phone conversation along the corridor of Canada’s second busiest commercial crossing. Still no better service.
