Shane Kennedy 🇨🇦 👨🏼🍳 🧑🏻💻 (@IrishmanShaner) reported from Hamilton, OntarioWhat a day. Rough @Bell_Support install of equipment appearently tech support hasn’t been trained on yet, and @StarbucksCanada filled my #latte to 70% so I’m low on fuel.

On a 4th try to just get a simple sim. This does not worth the time I am spending. I am going to a store In person instead. Not sure if a bell store ;(
-
Sylvia Bolle (@SylviaBolle) reported from Hamilton, Ontario@Bell_Support I sent a DM on February 20 and never got a response.
-
Gord Smith (@gordsmith92) reported from Hamilton, Ontario@Bell why don’t you have a modem only option for your Bell Fibe customers? Your wifi pods work really well but your Home Hubs are terrible for customers wanting to run their own routers and wifi solutions.
-
firstnationswmn (@robinmiller75) reported from Hamilton, OntarioWhy cant @Bell have the damn Travel Channel, missing my @GhostAdventures @Zak_Bagans @AaronGoodwin @jaywasley @BillyTolley

-
Sylvia Bolle (@SylviaBolle) reported from Hamilton, Ontario@Bell_Support What is with these numerous calls I get a day from numbers beginning with the letter V and from cities across the U.S. This has only started since I switched my wireless to Bell. Never had this issue when I was with Rogers. I want these calls to stop
-
Deb 🇨🇦 (@ThatGirlOntario) reported from Burlington, Ontario@blaufman @louford1 @Bell_Support 👋 For the short time when I lived in Brantford (“The Telephone City” of all places!) I have a few Bell customer support & service horror stories.
-
Ian (@Ian_Hamilton01) reported from Hamilton, Ontario@Bell_Support @peteroiler11 It was a nationwide problem with Bell I'm in Ontario and same thing happened to me lastnight. Tried everything. Phone works today though. @Bell_Support definitely needs to investigate.
-
Oana Sirb (@mira_que_bella) reported from Hamilton, Ontario@karensd @Bell @Raptors That’s terrible, I wouldn’t pay for such dreadful service either. My mother, who resides in Toronto, has had nothing but problems with them for the past 2 years... Too bad you missed out on the ending...💕
-
Mack Henderson (@MackHenderson_7) reported from Hamilton, OntarioYou know when you’re Internet provider is stupid when Internet was a good speed during quarantine(No extra fees). Now paying for extra fees(July 1st), it has gotten progressively slower everyday. Hmm.... I think Bell really wants people to leave their Network @Bell_Support
-
Freeman Marsh (He/Him) (@greenfreeman12) reported from Milton, Ontario@Bell failed hard today! Can you give me the Address to send back my equipment in Ontario. Canceled and never going back! So much for loyalty yrs of payments and nothing but failure on your part.
-
EngineeredLifestyles (@EngLifestyles) reported from Oakville, Ontario@Bell_Support stop with the BS “We’re sorry” messages. Admit your service is down and provide answers as to an ETA for this being resolved. Some of us rely on your service for our income.
-
EngineeredLifestyles (@EngLifestyles) reported from Oakville, Ontario@Bell_Support change your profile, you’re not here to support. If your were you wouldn’t have shut down your phone lines. #belloutage, #cancelservices
-
Geoff (@geoffburnside) reported from Burlington, Ontario@laurenhockin @SimoneGiertz @LastWeekTonight @HBO @Bell I do pay them. Geographic restrictions are still stupid
-
Lu (@lieu_days) reported from Burlington, Ontario@mssweetmarie @taykmr @Bell_Support @BellFibe @cogeco Hmmmm. They always tell me there is no problem. Maybe haven’t got the right person, or a helpful person.
Bell Canada Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Rob Pattullo 🇨🇦 (@Ouzomen11) reported@stcrawford2 @Bell Yeah, further entrenching Bell is what we need to do. They don't have quite enough of a stranglehold on the market. You didn't invite Rogers so they could just sit down and split up the map?
-
Stu Caz (@StuCaz861391) reported@Bell Our Giga Hub 3000 shows a red Internet light since Friday night. We replaced the modem as instructed and service is still down. Only our house is affected. This outage is unacceptable — please document it and apply a credit for the lost weekend.
-
EJ (@EJ39206913) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell They are all the same. Every few months you have to spend a whole lot of time of the phone with what they call customer retention - renegotiating your services to bring the price down. It is a game. However, at the end you will always pay more even after so called discounts.
-
Cin-abun (@Cin98609046) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell They often don’t notify you of increases either. Ours increased a lot and we had no warning. No one could tell us why until we escalated it to management. We cancelled our services and got a better deal and better service elsewhere.
-
Char (@Charlen22806911) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell We dropped our Telus home phone, internet and Shaw satellite service and just use Starlink. Best decision we ever made.
-
Governmeharder👎 (@KeithPlant4) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell People need to cancel tv..why would they drop price if you continue to pay it?...nexttime they raise it im cancelling cable...I mean I stream 90% of everything anyways and I don't pay for anything
-
Catharine 🇨🇦 (@northyorkcondo) reported@Ciliskatron @ryangerritsen @Bell if they win, we have to backpay. if they do not win, they are suppose to pay back to us, the difference. Nobody knows that, and the landlord never does, without written request. Most people let it slide without knowing.
-
The_White_Whippet (@White_Whippet) reported@ryangerritsen @Bell Switched to Starlink this December. The internet is great and I have no regrets. Hardest part was cancelling the services because of the crappy incompetent barely English speaking agents at Telus. I don’t ever plan to switch back to any crap Canadian Cartel Communication company.
-
DiMiMaK 🇨🇦 🇬🇷 🏳️🌈 (@dimi_james) reportedI'm so disappointed with @Bell right now. I walked into their store at Albion Mall in Etobicoke North Rexdale and asked about the low 5G signal on my Pixel 8. The rep spewed nonsense that 80% of Toronto is on Bell and that the network is prob busy. Unacceptable. @Bell_Support
-
Ryan Gerritsen🇨🇦🇳🇱 (@ryangerritsen) reportedJust noticed I got yet another increase on my @Bell internet bill. It’s endless. Having almost zero competition in this Country is contributing to Canadians affordability crisis. It gets tiring constantly playing the switch to Roger’s for a better price as a new customer then back to Bell as a new customer and on and on.
