1/2 Hi @Bell_Support! I would like to commend Mr. Euly from Loyalty Department +1 (866) 301-1942, for shedding me some light on our Bell Service. He has showed good customer service and did way way better than the previous customer representative I have spoke to.

So we're all agreed #BellLetsTalk is just performative horseshit by a multi-billion dollar corporation trying to get PR brownie points and tax write offs? It's ok to not be ok but it's not ok to use serious issues for marketing purposes only. Tsk tsk tsk @Bell

@Bell_Support FIBE TV still out in Scarborough, but Internet & phone OK. I had been out running errands & working outside most of day, only realized TV was not working near 9pm. Guess scheduled shows won't be recorded to PVR. Watching Netflix.

Watching the #BlueJays game on a chrome book. @Bell Fibe is down and looking at a website it looks like it is down all over Ontario (I've seen Ottawa, Collingwood Toronto, Mississauga etc.,) and even saw a report from Quebec. Atleast the internet is working 🤞🤞🤞

@Shudder @ShudderCanada You should know that Bell Canada is beyond lacking when it comes to customer service. This particular problem, it's been nearly a month ... nothing done. Sadly, not an encouraging launch for your partnership with them. @Bell_Support has never responded.

@bell @Bell_Support Had worst customer experience ever trying to setup new account. Reps that don't listen, argumentative & condescending. The manager literally told me "I don't believe that" when I told him what happened. If other providers were available would never pick bell.

@mikaylamic @Bell_Support Oh **** THESE GUYS. They kept me on the hook for days not showing up to appointment to fix my internet, then kept passing the puck to one another and acting like making me wait all day at home for them without actually planning to show up was perfectly normal.

Smarthome devices work brilliantly, while touch & go before, WiFi coverage much better, no more random service drops. Like night & day. I highly recommend not using the @bell router. Wish I could put it in bridge mode & take it out of equation altogether. #bellfibreop #bellfibe

@mikaylamic @Bell_Support And I'm pretty sure if I switched companies they would just trade role, with Bell cutting the rogers line and Rogers struggling to remember to show up and actually fix it.
