    I’m saddened by the news that once again, Canadians are calling 911 in response to an early morning amber alert. For some reason, my phone doesn’t receive them (any help with this issue is welcome @bell), but I wouldn’t be complaining if I was woken up at 5AM to find a child.

    I think that @Bell should change their slogan for #Fibe internet to highlight the way they throttle the hell out the speed. HATE that my condo board forced us onto this SHIT Internet. AVOID AVOID AVOID if you like to stream music without it pausing to buffer every 20 seconds.

    @Bell_Support What is with these numerous calls I get a day from numbers beginning with the letter V and from cities across the U.S. This has only started since I switched my wireless to Bell. Never had this issue when I was with Rogers. I want these calls to stop

    @NoseworthyV @Bell Ridiculous. As a telco there’s absolutely NO excuse for not being able to send that warning text message. I was so frustrated I cancelled my service with them the same day & signed up with Freedom - so far so good, significantly cheaper and more than double the data

    No internet or tv service for 3 days. The last time this happened we had to wait for 5 days. Kid has final exam for an online course tomorrow and no viable access to his program materials from home. #bellrhymeswith @Bell

    @Bell it took 1 hour & 6 minutes over 4 calls today to fix your billing errors. (Including hanging up on me). Won't be forgotten when I'm up for renewal in a few months.

    @Bell_Support I would have thought proper arrangements were made with the 3 previous service technicians. I did call Bell today and was kept on the phone with no satisfactory resolution. Bell does not respect me as a customer and does not value my time.

    **** @Bell_Support !!!! @willlamond been on chat for THREE hours AFTER an hour spent on phone AND time wasted getting a “replacement modem” that also doesn’t work. Also money now wasted on data and work being compromised with lack of internet. #saynotobell

    Oh, look. @Bell is DOUBLING the rate for data if you use more than your plan. From 6 cents per MB to 12 cents. Yeah, Canada isn't getting ripped off at all. Too bad the @CRTCeng doesn't seem to care what Canadians pay.

    @ThatMattGardner @Bell I’m with Rogers. Not a huge fan, but accidentally found out if you DM them on FB Messenger, they’re really quick to reply and can resolve most issues. Has made my life way easier, and no longer ever wait on hold. Maybe similar thing for Bell - or switch!

    @Bell #worse #customerexperience that I’ve had to deal with! @Bell_Support Keep changing promos & prices over night. #CustomerService calling to figure out what went wrong but can’t even help or fix the situation! The worst part is they hang up if u don’t accept what’s offered!

But I had to prove my business was tanking to be CRB eligible, couldn't the govt do the same with this subsidy? As one of their customers, Teksavvy's corporate smear angle is a strange flex for me.
