AZLO (@AZLOCDL) reported from Toronto, Ontario
I’ve checked with my Internet speeds and I’m 700down, 20up at 11 ping — that isn’t the greatest but Rogers fibre is bad (and @Bell has no fibre student plans). I did a packet loss test and it’s not telling me much, or I don’t know how to read it. It’s getting unbearable.
-
AZLO (@AZLOCDL) reported from Toronto, Ontario
@ItsWayzy @Bell @TorontoUltra I need help
-
Tyrell William Lisson (@TyrellLisson) reported from Toronto, Ontario
@Bell_Support internet has been down 10 hours and no ETA on the outage. Ridiculous.
-
Myr Lamagna (@Myr_Chua) reported from Toronto, Ontario
@Bell I just signed up with Bell Sept 11. Already I am being lied to regarding fees and being treated like sh*t by the customer service. Not giving a good impression already 😡
-
Jo O🇨🇦 (@mammaO57) reported from Oakville, Ontario
@MorrisDCosta @Bell We have Cogeco. Left Bell after too many problems
-
Gord Smith (@gordsmith92) reported from Hamilton, Ontario
@Bell why don’t you have a modem only option for your Bell Fibe customers? Your wifi pods work really well but your Home Hubs are terrible for customers wanting to run their own routers and wifi solutions.
-
Collin Ng (@c_snapper) reported from Toronto, Ontario
Never thought I’d say this but….I miss my internet and TV services from @Bell. @Rogers is included in the new condo but the speed is pathetic for 1GB service.
-
Giovanna C (@gio_graphical) reported from Toronto, Ontario
We’re in 2021. Why is home internet so terrible @Bell ?
-
Ron Perlman's chin (@burkby) reported from Toronto, Ontario
@chriscrerar @Bell_Support Like why not send affected customers a push notification of a text? Why do I always have to call Bell and ask if there's a problem.
-
Christine Marinho (@ChristineMF21) reported from Toronto, Ontario
Awful experience with @Bell_Support! Over 4 hours that included a visit to the store and calls to over 5 agents with no resolution. How hard is it to connect an Apple Watch to your phone plan? #bellissues #nocustomerservice
-
Aaron Rosenthal (@Aaron_Rosenthal) reported from Toronto, Ontario
@bell has the gall to charge 50.00 s/h when buying an extra tv box for 8$/MTH to access their 300/mth service better. No option for pick up. #endmonopoly #endduopoly
-
Tyrell William Lisson (@TyrellLisson) reported from Toronto, Ontario
@PrintGuyChris @Bell_Support I’m in the same area, error code 1201 no internet since last night and their rep said no ETA on the fix. Which is crazy.
-
m (@matstamind) reported from Toronto, Ontario
@Bell_Support 1 week into having internet and already connection issues and I supposedly got the highest speeds. 🙄
-
Charlie Li (@CharLehLi) reported from Toronto, Ontario
@Bell already regretting for being a new customer with you guys. Way to go with false advertising and tricking your customers with your incentives that never happened. #getittogether #falseadvertising
-
Amelia Leckey (@AmeliaLeckey) reported from Toronto, Ontario
Figured out why @Bell bills are so high. Took 4 hours and 7 people for my Mom to cancel an appointment.
-
Matthew Slutsky (@iSlutsky) reported from Toronto, Ontario
Hi @Bell, can I cancel my cable via the app?
-
Ron Perlman's chin (@burkby) reported from Toronto, Ontario
@imthegaybaker @Bell @comcast Good luck! Bell responses are indeed robotic. All the responses from their call center in the Philippines are also heavily scripted. You pay a premium for the service, and they outsource the support to the cheapest customer service they can find. Says a lot.
-
Charlie Li (@CharLehLi) reported from Toronto, Ontario
@Bell_Support You guys need to get it together. Was promised by one of your guys that I would receive a visa gift card for opening a service and now you’re telling me I’m not? Way to trick your customers.. #falseadvertising
-
Charlie Li (@CharLehLi) reported from Toronto, Ontario
@Bell it’s been 3 months, where’s my prepaid Visa card at, like you promised for being a new customer?
-
John Daryl (@jhndryl) reported from Toronto, Ontario
@Bell_Support @Bell Can someone help me apply it on my account?

Flaprick (@phorne96) reported
@jessedriftwood1 @Bell I call this “bureaucratic incompetence.” Where an org has gotten so large, and responsibility so diffused, if something happens outside the normal operations of the org literally no one in the org has the capacity to fix it.
-
Melissa A (@maldham) reported
@Bell Just recommend I wire in my devices and disconnect devices to address the intermittent slow speeds during the work day....mmmm do laptops even come with Ethernet ports anymore? #timetoswitch
-
Jesse Driftwood (@jessedriftwood1) reported
@anchorshipwreck Oh I’ve been paying for Bells pods for two years. They’ve never worked. I have to disconnect and reconnect my wifi if I move from one room of the house to another. I also found out this week from @bell that two of them are faulty apparently.
-
jen *personal not client (@littlejoelle) reported
@bell what do you mean taxes are going up on my bill? the taxes shouldn’t go up without additional charges. and all your CSR on the phone is doing is hammering me to upgrade and add a home phone fix your scripts
-
Jesse Driftwood (@jessedriftwood1) reported
@Bell_Support @bvalderrama Why are you responding to tweets but not the actual DM's you're asking for? Hey Bryan don't bother DMing them, they just like tweet these to people with issues and pretend they help their customers.
-
Malik Antonio Jackson-Brown (@Malik_JBrown) reported
@Bell_Support what’s going on with my network connection why is everything shutdown, i need answers ?!
-
Jesse Driftwood (@jessedriftwood1) reported
Someone from @Bell just called me. Except they weren't calling to help, they just called to ask me for money. And then they said "oops our bad you already paid us". Am I at the centre of a corporate practical joke right now?!
-
✨kasha | free OnlyFans; 18k fans (@KashaLioness) reported
@bell if only you didn't have a monopoly on the entire country. not a single one of your customers would use you if there was another viable option in Canada. I think I'd rather not have internet then deal with your embarrassing website and customer service.
-
Nathan (@nath_robz) reported
@jessedriftwood1 @Bell Also calling Customer Service advisors useless is kind of mean, they’re just trying to do their job and the majority of the time, sending an engineer is their job and they cannot control the rest

Stevie Lu (@yellowfell0w) reported
@TorontoFC @Bell What a fail. I watched the beginning of the video and said to myself, "Huh? That's not Pearson!?"
