@Bell_Support epic failure. We reported a problem with the home hub 2000 and pods. Tech support said they would send new equipment. They lied and only sent the home hub. When we called to ask about the pods they gave us the run around and treated us like children.

@FreedomMobile I’ve had a 5G capable iPhone for over a month now and still no idea of when Freedom will provide the service. Should I just go back to @Bell? Please don’t send me a link to an old page on your site that’s been promising 5G for years. Give your customers a date.

@Bell_Support don’t call a customer to offer them discounts to come back to you and then charge them full price when their bill comes after 4 phone calls. What a joke. Now I’be been on hold for like 20 minutes waiting to talk to customer service.

@Bell_Support bell Fibe your service is unbelievably terrible. You are charging $25 to watch Tenet and then throughout the entire movie service cuts out every five minutes. BRUTAL viewing experience 👎👎👎👎

@Bell just waited 62 minutes for a representative from your loyalty department to cancel an account that you were supposed to cancel a month ago, only to be hung up on when I left the room for 30 seconds. Is this the type of respect you have for your customers time?

@Bell sad you can only provide 4K TV to one TV per household. Bell fibe app doesn’t support 4KTV. When will you step up to provide a more premium service? #bellfibe #bellfibeapp

@Bell_Support Once again - momentary power outage and Bell WiFi pods are 'optimizing' which translates to poor coverage for the next 24+ hours. Why can't they just remember and return to the last know optimal configuration? seems logical to me

@Bell why don’t you have a modem only option for your Bell Fibe customers? Your wifi pods work really well but your Home Hubs are terrible for customers wanting to run their own routers and wifi solutions.
