    Switched from @Rogers to @Bell based on a promise of faster internet speed. Disappointed outcome after just 24 hours. Bell might be faster since it uses finer optics, but their current hardware bottlenecks the wifi capabilities. I’m multiple tests with support tier 1,2 and 3

    The customer service offered by @Bell is atrocious. I simply asked to cancel a new order and was transferred to 3 different call centre agents for a total of 20 minutes on hold. Stay away folks.

    @hockeyesque @RogersHelps @Bell Rogers sucks, we ditched them years ago. I've had pretty good luck with @start. London ON company, really reasonable, fast, very rare downtime. They use Rogers lines though so I don't know how that works re: speed. Don't go to Bell they're the same.

    @Bell_Support 4K PVR was down repeatedly for almost 2.5 months. Multiple calls asking for help with tech support ended with us having to pay to upgrade router. Didn't fix problem. Finally new tech installed a new 4k PVR and working again. Ended up losing all recordings.

    @Bell been having problems with internet for over a year. Called several times, technicians have came by. Called back today. Tier 2 support tells me that the best way to make sure I dont have issues with bandwidth is to have nothing connected to the network! I kid you not

    @Bell_Support 1/3 I had no internet all afternoon and all night so after trying everything I could on my end I called to see what the issue was this time as its always doing this. Your tech said the line is degrading fast and will have someone call me today so here I sit waiting
