@Bell Enterprise businesses wanting better service than a Tier2 carrier like Bell, can get connected directly to a Tier1 Internet provider - fewer hops, lower latency, faster downloads. Ask me - I’ll get you connected! #ISP #Internet #connectivity #latency #jitter #Tier1

@FemiNelson1 @Bell I managed to get through around 8am but call-taker said his board went from nice quiet start of his shift with zero callers to almost five-thousand in pending in span of ten minutes. Sounds like Canada-wide Bell service outage. Glad my mobile phone is with Telus!

  • MrAlwaysWrite Shaun 💬 (@MrAlwaysWrite) reported from Oakville, Ontario

    @Xbox_Amb_Teagan @EA @EASPORTS @EASPORTSNHL @Bell @Bell_Support @XboxSupport @Xbox It's not that I'm getting disconnected. It's a sporadic, yet consistent, lag issue while in-game.

@Bell_Support your billing support rep just hung up on me while discussing some issues. I'd like to cancel my service today and will be moving to @Rogers , your service is absolutely ludicrous and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

  • MeeMichie Michie Mee (@MeeMichie) reported from Toronto, Ontario

Another day another @Bell_Support @Bell issue!!! Smh this is beyond outrageous now!!! Been hung up on 5x cuz your reps are ****** stupid as shit

  • jmwensley Matthew (@jmwensley) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@OPCYARockette Given that #China uses facial recognition as part of social control, enabled by #Huawei 5G network, I have said we cannot trust them. I’m shocked and disappointed that @Bell continues to sell Huawei handsets or uses networking equipment. #China will spy on us, no question

  • mavtvcanada @MAVTVCanada (@mavtvcanada) reported from Burlington, Ontario

Unfortunately if you are @Bell Canada customer, they are experiencing technical difficulties with the signal. We are told they are actively working on the issue. Please stay connected for more information and thank you for your patience.

  • kevineproulx Kevin Edward Proulx (@kevineproulx) reported from Toronto, Ontario

I've had grievances with Bell Canada in the past, but not with regard to the service outage on Saturday. I reached knowledeable & friendly tech support person in under 15 min who was quite earnest & apologetic about breadth of the issue & no ETA for restoration. @Bell_Support

  • jadehoof Gil (@jadehoof) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@AmyLEngland @Bell Most medical/dental offices need it to do any work. We can't see your chart/reports/xrays. For my place of business it's a huge problem for all our patients. This is a huge problem all over the province today. Our office is closed until internet is back

  • Rajendra Rajendra Singh (@Rajendra) reported from Toronto, Ontario

@andymci @Bell_Support This is two strikes against them for me. If there's another outage in the next year, I'm done with @bell.

Bell Canada Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • TMLFiveStarCo Phil L (@TMLFiveStarCo) reported

@Bell You do this by extorting your customers. I had a complaint filed due to unexpected costs upon installation as your rep didn't tell me I needed boxes for all rooms or wi pods, all a complete surprise. An no rep has reached out to resolve this issue.

  • Robin45706211 Robin (@Robin45706211) reported

@AsurionCares @Bell_Support have most disgusting customer services I have ever seen in my life.@AsurionCares bunch of #frauds over the name of device insurances. please do not buy your insurance plan from any of them.

  • TMLFiveStarCo Phil L (@TMLFiveStarCo) reported

@Bell officially had Bell fibe TV for the last week. I've spent just as much time re booting the system as I have watching it. Bell has been a nightmare. A wk an I switching back @cogeco is where it's all for TV an internet needs. I've been a cell customer for over 20 yrs.

  • lisammclean Lisa McLean (@lisammclean) reported

We've had a @Bell rep at our front door EVERY afternoon this week in #Guelph. Um, I didn't want your service (or your flyer) any other day this week. Please stop disturbing my workday.

  • CanuckTruth CanucksCore (@CanuckTruth) reported

How in the world can you support this team with this behaviour? I love the cause, but this? @Bell #BellLetsTalk #Canucks

  • flobeaufreton Florian Beaufreton (@flobeaufreton) reported

After receiving a new modem from @Bell Me: Can you cancel my previous subscription? Bell: We could have just change the price of your subscription. Me: That’s what I wanted in the first place. Bell: Just send back the modem you just received

  • BottomRisen Brandon (@BottomRisen) reported

Explain to me how for the past week, I've been averaging 1000+ ms latency with @rogers #rogers only to be told there's a known issue that requires a senior tech, but no one knows when it'll be addressed. Too bad @Bell doesn't offer fiber in my area or it'd be an easy switch.

  • TMLFiveStarCo Phil L (@TMLFiveStarCo) reported

@Bell_Support 905 466 7523 is the number, I filed a complaint about surprise costs and should have received a call from a rep by now. What's going on? Is that matter considered resolved? Not that it really matters now, you blew it. Kind of pathetic nobody called. So what's the status of that?

  • _ElleRyan e l l e (@_ElleRyan) reported

. @Bell sent me an email to contact loyalty regarding my tv and internet. When I did the "loyalty" rep was horrible, condescending and rude. When you contact someone for their business you should treat them with respect @Bell_Support

  • torontosports67 Evan (@torontosports67) reported

Hey, @Telus @Bell and @Rogers: I live just outside of Hamilton. There are a lot of us here, and the population is growing like wildfire. Can we maybe get more than a single bar of service out here? If not, I could just pay for a quarter of my bill. That would be fair.
