@Bell_Support You realize we live in Canada right bell? Our winter was much colder last winter and not 1 outage. How can the weather be affecting service on our first cold day?

🙄🙄 why didn't @Bell send a remote with new HD satellite receiver? Plus in the email it said it'll be free remote if the old remote isn't compatible with the new satellite receiver free of charge but the bell support didn't indicate there would be $30 charge.

@Bell_Support Fibe has been down since 4PM today in K1T Ottawa. 3 calls to your call center, 3 different answers, 1 trip to your store (in -29 weather) for a replacement modem (which wasn't faulty), lost work hour. Still there is no update from your end.

@Bell_Support You’re the Internet Service Provider. If your service is down for whatever the reason shouldn’t you know which servers are down etc.? Are you trying to map the outage from customers? My Friday movie night with bag of chips ruined 🙄 When will this be resolved?

@Bell_Support ….But you don’t support your customers in cold weather. My 84 year old Mom only has tv and her tablet for entertainment and Bell can’t support her and I can’t take her out in this weather #enoughapologizing

@Bell_Support What is the update on this.. I can’t find a outrage map and website says that it’s not effecting my service but I got a call saying it was (contacted earlier to fix it and needed technician-which will now be cancelled as said in recording)
