@Bell I attempted to renew my contract which expires in 2 weeks on 3 seperate occasions and was finally told the rep's "system was glitching" and I would have to wait till the contract expired. Brutal service. Will be looking elsewhere.

Resolution: rural mobile internet at home service is not able to continue to service your home. Unless you wish to continue to pay for the service ($80 plus tax) AND the overage fee ($100). But the service will remain the same.@Bell @Bell_support #ruralinternet #weareimportanttoo

  • BellSiobhan Siobhan Bell (@BellSiobhan) reported

@Bell I am so tired of having the same conversation with your tech support and compensation specialists. If YOU can't connect to my modem, I want a refund. Yes the speed is slow, yes, I have alot of users; none of which matters when you CANT EVEN CONNECT! #ruralinternet

@Bell_Support just had the worst customer service experience with your supposed customer retention team member. Please have a mobility manager contact me.

@Bell I live in Muskoka rural and my Bell Cell service is terrible, one bar of signal calls drop out and Bell to the best of my knowledge has done nothing, then I hear fibre optics lines being run to part time cottage areas. Tv just went up 3 dollars. Time to say bye bye Bell
