    @Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

    Meanwhile, my gf (@kassiormson1) is fighting with @Bell_Support because they also ended up charging her for an additional line to make up for the original one that didn’t connect with her phone. The cut her service off after she questioned why she had two pay for both. /6

    Still on the same call... Me to @Bell_Support : So I’ve heard that line before and we are now 5 months later and you folks have yet to bill me properly since my first request. Why should I have faith in your service after failing so many times. /9

    I’m thinking of switching from @Bell . They sent me a notice saying I owe them $737 but when I check my account, the bill says $377 . Wtf @bell get your **** together!

    @JustAmanAbout @ZoranTordinac @Bell In Etobicoke I get what Fibe 500 advertises. Worst thing was that the building is a retrofit with almost no cabling inside the unit, so the "install" involved stapling (!) a fibre cable to the wall. Looks awful and I'm renting.
