@Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

In short: if @Bell offers you a "way cheaper phone plan thats way better than your current one" tell em to go **** themselves. My old plan was 2gb unlimited call/text. This new plan has 5 but it burns out WAY quicker since its a "faster connection speed" but i see no difference.

@Bell_Support Internet service out in #innisfil #ontario for over 3hours. Kids schooling affect. Work from home affected. Agent says resolution will only be in and 2.5hours? Not great service.
