@Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

Is anyone in Area Code 519 having a problem making long distance calls with @Bell_Support and @Bell ? Cannot make them, line goes dead. Local calls, are Ok.

@louford1 @Bell_Support They had me turn my modem on and off to make a security issue go away. Then told me I didn't have a security issue. Then I called back twice more. And then, someone fixed it. Quality procedures.
