@Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

@Bell very disappointed in the service I received over the phone today. My partner who is an essential worker has been without service on his mobile phone for 3 days. The customer service rep did absolutely nothing to help. This is the second time in 3 days we’ve contacted them

@Bell_Support absolutely worst service. Transferred, hung up on, told I'm getting calls back, RIDICULOUS. 8 year customer ready to cancel. I give up.

Anywhere else in the world get screwed over for cell service the way we do in Canada by @Bell_Support @TELUS and @RogersHelps ? Approx. $90-100 for the calling plan alone. The Samsung Fold is either $40 a month & give it back after 2 yrs or pay $750 OR pay $90 a month for 2 yrs.

@CircularLogic89 @CRTCeng @Bell_Support I’m not arguing that. I’m saying they should reach out to a longtime customer instead of simply charging a large fee and then refunding it later. Is that clear enough to understand?
