@Bell please explain how a reduction in service can add $112 per month to my bills and you are ok with it? It’s also illogical that you consider your customer three different customers with how your account services are set up. Time to go back to @rogers I guess.. #TeleCommWars

Anyone that is with @FreedomMobile I suggest switching to @Bell , at least bell cares about there customers, where @freedomsupport does not. It's been a year and half with problems and I'm still in the same spot I was when the problem started. Just horrible

@Bell_Support Thank you for your fist reply. I just have an update in chat. Bell seems to have a major outage in Carignan for dozens of customers since June 22 ( ticket BELL PD97244) . Apparently it will stay down during 4 days :( Is there any public website where we can follow the progress?

@Bell Yeah I never going with bell ever again. Used to have two phone lines running to our house paying for both and all of a sudden one doesn't work Bell disconnected it and give it to our neighbor didn't inform us even though we were still paying for it.
