@Bell trying to transfer tel service for my dying father from his residence to a long term care facility. POA sent over a week ago and again yesterday. He is in critical care and needs his phone to connect with family. Why do I have to be contacted by your law dept? #terrible

@Bell @Bell_Support We called you this noon and the stuff told us we are on the most urgent list, there will definitely be someone to fix it today. But nobody came. So this is your service? This is your so-called ‘urgent’? We have complained about it on CCTS.

@Bell_Support @Bell Our installation should be on 8/23. The technician came and said the fiber in our condo was broken and they will send another team to solve it tomorrow. And nobody came on 8/24. We called you but you told us to wait until 9/1

@Bell @Bell_Support Yesterday, the technician came without tools. He told us that he was not told to fix the fiber and can do nothing about it. Bell will send other team to change the fiber before noon on 9/2. But nobody came

@Bell @Bell_Support We called for the installation on 8/23. Andthe technician told us the fiber is broken and someone will come to fix it on 8/24. But nobody came. We called again and they told us we are on the list and they will send someone on 9/1. But it's not solved. #Bell
