    @Bell trying to transfer tel service for my dying father from his residence to a long term care facility. POA sent over a week ago and again yesterday. He is in critical care and needs his phone to connect with family. Why do I have to be contacted by your law dept? #terrible

    @Bell_Support My FIBE internet and TV has been down for about 90 minutes now downtown Toronto (U of T area). Is this an area outage? Have reset my FIBE and unplugged my modem to reset too...no luck.

    @Bell I'm so glad I've cancelled my services with you (after 40 plus years) Your treatment of Lisa Laflamme was appalling to say the least. I am encouraging EVERYONE I know to seek a different service provider. Public Mobile, folks!! You have no respect or decency left in you.
