    @Bell_Support trying to transfer tel serv for my dying father from his residence to a long term care facility. POA sent over a wk ago and again yesterday. He is in critical care and needs his phone to connect with family. Why do I have to be contacted by your law dept? #terrible

    @Bell_Support is there anybody that can properly help troubleshooting a PPPoE issue on small business connection? It's been 2h and all of the agents I speak with don't have a clue and don't want to transfer me either.

    @TekSavvyBuzz @Bell God dam crooks! Because they are a large conglomerate, and been around forever they charge whatever they want. They need to be taken down a peg or two.
