    @Bell trying to transfer tel service for my dying father from his residence to a long term care facility. POA sent over a week ago and again yesterday. He is in critical care and needs his phone to connect with family. Why do I have to be contacted by your law dept? #terrible

    @Bell_Support You keep on pushing the estimated restoration time. First it was 4pm today. Then it was 4pm tomorrow. And now it's 10pm tomorrow. Don't call yourself "Support" when you can't fix a thing.

    So @Bell #Bell #satellite I have attempted to buy a new receiver for the 5th time- still nothing- need suggestions for satellite provider in rural Sask. because @Bell does not want to retain 15+ year customer.

    @Bell_Support the internet outage in Mississauga is still ongoing. Any updates? I was advised over the phone it would be resolved by 5:20pm

    @Rchii_joon @Bell_Support @Bell Bell is, and they spent hours on the line to our NOC lying to us today. If you have any kind of enterprise SLA, get the lawyers going. If you're working from home on a residential SLA, too bad.

    @Bell_Support Is my phone fixed? Uhm no, said I don't want any more sales calls, well that's a lie just wasted another 20 minutes of my life. Fix my phone and return it!!!! Do better tomorrow on no marketing calls. Fyi I record and log every interaction

    Hi @Bell_Support, you sent an update saying the issues giving rise to the outage have been resolved, & service restored. This is not true. There has been no internet for more than 12 hours, & apparently some people have been experiencing an outage for more than 36. Unacceptable.
