@Bell trying to transfer tel service for my dying father from his residence to a long term care facility. POA sent over a week ago and again yesterday. He is in critical care and needs his phone to connect with family. Why do I have to be contacted by your law dept? #terrible

@Bell_Support My portable phone won't indicate messages waiting, while landline extension to the phone continually shows messages waiting, even though there aren't any. I had a similar problem fixed this summer, but now it is a problem again. I am a Bell Fibe customer.

@Bell I’ve been on the phone with your customer service for more than 2 hours. Every time they tell me we are checking your information it gets disconnected and no one call back. Do you understand how frustrated I am now? And it’s all for a mistake in my bill. Terrible service…
