@Bell trying to transfer tel service for my dying father from his residence to a long term care facility. POA sent over a week ago and again yesterday. He is in critical care and needs his phone to connect with family. Why do I have to be contacted by your law dept? #terrible

Too anyone using @Bell DO NOT use self service online. I did and my bills were not combined and now I'm behind. I did not know I has to call and confirm the self service task of getting one bill. Thanks @Bell your "senior" agent I was escalated to was rude. No help, just shamed.

@Bell I feel really bad for the kids in your uniforms who are roaming my neighbourhood trying to knock on people's doors asking about service providers. At least they are wearing masks. No one is opening their doors. You shouldn't be making them do this.
