    @Bell_Support trying to transfer tel serv for my dying father from his residence to a long term care facility. POA sent over a wk ago and again yesterday. He is in critical care and needs his phone to connect with family. Why do I have to be contacted by your law dept? #terrible

    @Bell_Support why is 5g so slow, I have full bars and I can barely get web pages. I reboot and it speeds up for 5 mins and back to slower than LTE. I run speed tests and get 60Mbps which is terrible.

    @Bell_Support not fixed in Toronto … in fact all of our bell services are out. Things happen but the fact you are not being transparent with what is happening or how big the outage is is what will lead to you losing customers.

    @Bell_Support strike 2 on the worst customer experience ever!! Don’t TRUST anything a bell employee says - read every inch of any contact and monitor your bill because they will take advantage!
