    Hey @Bell, charging me hundreds of dollars in data fees for using an APN your tech told me to use as another is broken is not on. Stop closing tickets that are not solved. Stop billing false overages. Stop ignoring the issue of a broken tower at Otter Lake Quebec. Stop it.

    @bell how is your service pricing different based on ones address? I noticed Internet is 50% more expensive in King City, ON than Ottawa, ON… How could this be!?

    @AliciaB85930624 @Bell " Work" they don't work. They pass you to person to person and put you on hold for hours. 4 service technicians in 1 week , and still no phone, internet or cable. What does customer service say, on why I need a phone , " Is someone dying ? " Disgusting people

    @Bell you’ve disconnected the phones for a rural ambulance service in Canora SK!!! They have no phones or internet at the moment and are stuck on hold with you “care team”. Fix this ASAP!!!

    @Bell @Bell_Support Has had me without internet for over 3 weeks… No solutions provided, they offered more data in my plan but the service where I live is horrible.. And a guy just called me and said “I’m having the courtesy of giving you more data” COURTESY? REALLY?
