I never go over my data (I have 7g even tho I’m supposed to have a free one) and now it’s 3 months in a row I go over my data for some strange reason

I tried to install it and everything breaks down. Now I don’t have any internet, phone or tv service and I have to work tonight. All you had to do is send a technician in the first place

I have noticed my ability to use cell networks in Ottawa and area seem to have greatly gone down on multiple devices(Apple/android) many friends agree the service has gotten really lousy and slow. Many of us signed up based on a specific monthly price. Instead of raising rates, Bell should be rewarding loyal customers.
