  Hey @cogeco How is a channel I pay for (TSN2) blacked out in my area (Windsor,ON), but someone with Shaw can get it without issue in Maidstone, ON. I can drive there in ten minutes. This is ridiculous.

  @cogeco It’s blacked out in my area. I don’t think it’s a fixable issue. It just doesn’t make sense that Shaw can show it in this area and Cogeco can’t.

  @theshadowknows3 @cogeco Cogeco says it’s not them that initiates a blackout, it’s the broadcaster, but @TSN_Sports refuses to respond. My guess is that they’ll blame @NHL for it. Regardless, it’s horseshit.

  @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

  @cogeco your support system has to be one of the worst. I have no internet to complete my work. I’ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!

  @cogeco I have a problem. I spent the last 50 minutes dancing through your menu system trying to fix my internet. I can't get hold of a actual person to resolve the issue after using the self help portion. I want to talk to an actual human!
