@theshadowknows3 @cogeco Cogeco says it’s not them that initiates a blackout, it’s the broadcaster, but @TSN_Sports refuses to respond. My guess is that they’ll blame @NHL for it. Regardless, it’s horseshit.

Hey @cogeco @cogecohelps . We got a new modem today through Netfox and you people have STILL not done what’s required on your end to activate it. It’s been 9 hours now. We have kids in online school and a business to run during Covid. Get your **** together already. Wtf

Do not use @cogecohelps, @cogeco if you work from home. If it’s not slower than what you pay for, it’s down, like right now. Funny, because I literally just paid my bill. I regret that decision.

So @Bell @cogeco (and I assume @Rogers) all charge customers for a receiver, but you can't use their TB service without the receiver. 🤔 Meanwhile, to watch any of the streaming services like Netflix or Disney, I don't any additional receiver.

@cogecohelps hey cogeco, writing for my weekly question as to why the wifis down..... again. Gets old having to reset the modem or troubleshoot what’s wrong every 2-4 days. Cmon....

At this point I'm never going to get my Cogeco account fixed so I can use it. When you explained the situation clearly and what the problem is in a very detailed matter and get asked what the problem is, how can they help you. It's over. It was awkward & don't want to do again.

@DanSamuels16 @cogecohelps Yea, it seems like this is the new norm with cogeco. They’ve been dropping service like crazy during all of this it’s insane
