    @cogeco @cogecohelps please explain to me why I made 2 appointments and no one shows up to either. No phone call...and it was an “all day appointment” that I stayed home for! #mnsi here I come. Absolutely horrible service

    Well @cogeco @cogecohelps and #YQG #cogeco customers: There is an outage. Unfortunately Cogeco website not updated. Nothing on twitter. No way to msg on Twitter and no response to my tweet. I had to find out from Shaun in a chat - wow, not good. #internet

    Also I know I rip on Cogeco/Rogers a lot for their depressing PSA’s but at least they never aired Just For Laughs Gags before a game

    @cogeco It’s blacked out in my area. I don’t think it’s a fixable issue. It just doesn’t make sense that Shaw can show it in this area and Cogeco can’t.

    @theshadowknows3 @cogeco Cogeco says it’s not them that initiates a blackout, it’s the broadcaster, but @TSN_Sports refuses to respond. My guess is that they’ll blame @NHL for it. Regardless, it’s horseshit.

    Hey @cogeco How is a channel I pay for (TSN2) blacked out in my area (Windsor,ON), but someone with Shaw can get it without issue in Maidstone, ON. I can drive there in ten minutes. This is ridiculous.

    @cogecohelps Hey. I have been noticing an issue with your Arris DCX525 boxes messing up CEC and HDMI-ARC on all makes and models of modern TV's. I work in the service industry and am not a Cogeco customer. Can I get a PM from a high level tech support please :). Thanks.

    @cogeco turns out I may need some help... tech came, couldn’t install our new internet service due to some damaged line (totally understandable!). I called today to get an updated ETA on repair/install and they told me 5-10 business days 😳

    @cogecohelps Why are you making this so hard? I live a hour and half from Detroit. I want to get the Detroit feed every night. Cogeco for some reason never puts on the Detroit feed. I know it is not Rogers's fault. The one night I complained. Cogeco during the game flipped to the Detroit feed

    @cogeco Your customer service sucks. Wtf is going on..!?!? Your employees don't know how to resolve an issue with the customer. It's easy to sign up with your company but hard as hell to terminate a contract.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Can u explain why my in-laws home was the only house on the street without service during the outage while their next door neighbours beside them and across the street with Cogeco had service???? Doesn’t make sense.

    I helped my parents switch internet away from @cogeco because of the slow upload speed. Fifty megabits per second upload is slow. Seven months after switching to a competitor, a contracted technician with no signage on his van was rude and cut my father's two coaxial cables outside instead of unscrewing theirs and left almost a meter of coaxial on the line at the road. A month later, two Cogeco sales men showed up at supper time were audibly annoyed while asking why we switched to a competitor and offered "the highest speed" and did not want to say if the upload speed is close to a thousand megabits per second.
