    Hey @cogeco How is a channel I pay for (TSN2) blacked out in my area (Windsor,ON), but someone with Shaw can get it without issue in Maidstone, ON. I can drive there in ten minutes. This is ridiculous.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps please explain to me why I made 2 appointments and no one shows up to either. No phone call...and it was an “all day appointment” that I stayed home for! #mnsi here I come. Absolutely horrible service

    cogeco is slow in windsor don't ever get @cogeco internet it sucks and i am going to switch to MNSi as soon as possible because you guys just tell me to reboot my router every time like its my issue when the upload speeds randomly go down my 1000%

    @LilSarahBelle @cogeco It’s not considered an outage lol. It’s the Epico server. I told them they need to be quicker in communicating out as I just wasted my time with them

    @theshadowknows3 @cogeco Cogeco says it’s not them that initiates a blackout, it’s the broadcaster, but @TSN_Sports refuses to respond. My guess is that they’ll blame @NHL for it. Regardless, it’s horseshit.

    Well @cogeco @cogecohelps and #YQG #cogeco customers: There is an outage. Unfortunately Cogeco website not updated. Nothing on twitter. No way to msg on Twitter and no response to my tweet. I had to find out from Shaun in a chat - wow, not good. #internet

    Haven’t been watching cable tv much but trying to watch the @NFL draft on @cogeco and as disappointed as always. Picture freezing, “ONE MOMENT PLEASE...” @cogeco continues to let us down.

    @cogecohelps Hey. I have been noticing an issue with your Arris DCX525 boxes messing up CEC and HDMI-ARC on all makes and models of modern TV's. I work in the service industry and am not a Cogeco customer. Can I get a PM from a high level tech support please :). Thanks.

    Do NOT, under ANY circumstances, use @cogeco mobile. Never (and with the state of Canada's telecom industry this is saying something) have I ever seen a more disorganized, complete MESS of a company. Impossible to deal with, terrible hours and their system is AWFUL.

    @ryangerritsen It took me 4 hours on the phone and 3 weeks later I finally got Cogeco to stop my service. There are rules on the books now but they have you got around and around leading nowhere. This is why we need competition up here for the 3 big suppliers to shake in their boots.

    @KNugent4118 @Rogers @RogersHelps We have had Rogers for cell service for almost 24 years but left Bell for Cogeco for internet. I wish I could say I’m happy with either one. Make sure they credit you for time and services lost.

    @peggy_blair @FireAndIce48 I feel exactly the same way. Cogeco the exact same bs! It infuriates me. My mother's bill in one year went up 89%! I refuse to pay for cable, I have antenna tv, use locally owned internet provider with awesome service & a streaming service. These companies don't care about you.
