They also had no power/low voltage overnight. So assuming this issue affected all the houses on the transformer?

You have no reason to improve things because there's 0 competition. The customer gets terrible overpriced service, while rogers, cogeco, bell get more money.

Wifi and cable are still off due to hydro ( according to Cogeco). It’s frightening how vulnerable you are with no hydro and your cell phone is not working correctly
