    cogeco is slow in windsor don't ever get @cogeco internet it sucks and i am going to switch to MNSi as soon as possible because you guys just tell me to reboot my router every time like its my issue when the upload speeds randomly go down my 1000%

    Well @cogeco @cogecohelps and #YQG #cogeco customers: There is an outage. Unfortunately Cogeco website not updated. Nothing on twitter. No way to msg on Twitter and no response to my tweet. I had to find out from Shaun in a chat - wow, not good. #internet

    @cogeco @cogecohelps please explain to me why I made 2 appointments and no one shows up to either. No phone call...and it was an “all day appointment” that I stayed home for! #mnsi here I come. Absolutely horrible service

    @theshadowknows3 @cogeco Cogeco says it’s not them that initiates a blackout, it’s the broadcaster, but @TSN_Sports refuses to respond. My guess is that they’ll blame @NHL for it. Regardless, it’s horseshit.

    Hey @cogeco How is a channel I pay for (TSN2) blacked out in my area (Windsor,ON), but someone with Shaw can get it without issue in Maidstone, ON. I can drive there in ten minutes. This is ridiculous.

    @cogeco I did. Thank you, Michelle. My tv will be out for four days and my internet will be intermittent until then. Hoping there will be compensation for this disruption in my service.

    @cogeco It’s blacked out in my area. I don’t think it’s a fixable issue. It just doesn’t make sense that Shaw can show it in this area and Cogeco can’t.

    @cogeco turns out I may need some help... tech came, couldn’t install our new internet service due to some damaged line (totally understandable!). I called today to get an updated ETA on repair/install and they told me 5-10 business days 😳

    What a crappy service it is. Calling customer service twice, and after listening each time for a while for useless suggestions, I heard: "Thank you for calling Cogeco ", and was disconnected twice. How disrespectful and rude it is. I'm done with Cogeco.
