@cogeco It’s blacked out in my area. I don’t think it’s a fixable issue. It just doesn’t make sense that Shaw can show it in this area and Cogeco can’t.

@cogeco turns out I may need some help... tech came, couldn’t install our new internet service due to some damaged line (totally understandable!). I called today to get an updated ETA on repair/install and they told me 5-10 business days 😳

Hey @cogeco How is a channel I pay for (TSN2) blacked out in my area (Windsor,ON), but someone with Shaw can get it without issue in Maidstone, ON. I can drive there in ten minutes. This is ridiculous.

@cogeco @cogecohelps please explain to me why I made 2 appointments and no one shows up to either. No phone call...and it was an “all day appointment” that I stayed home for! #mnsi here I come. Absolutely horrible service

@cogeco @cogecohelps Swapped to Cogeco because of their 1gb deal. I've had more problems in 1 month than I did with my old ISP for over 5 years! Constant disconnecting for last 3 days, making working from home impossible. Extremely disappointed with your service.

@MIHomeYGK I use Start on Cogeco cable, I believe Start uses different DNS servers, so no problem here. Or I use Google DNS servers, had to do that a lot when I was with Cogeco. For $55 I get 40/10 real unlimited internet.

@kenbuisman @cogeco The one time you don't really want your service going down for long periods; when everyone is working from home or studying. Fastest way to get people to move to another provider. This is the second time this week.... terrible.
