  @madipede1 @DinaPugliese @cogecohelps Follow up.. Does your audio cut out once in awhile as well?? We have 2old cogeco boxes that we bought and not rent(20 years old) Just had to buy a new box from cogeco..problems are gone with new box but freezing and audio problems still happening with old box.

  Always frustrating with you lose your internet, but REALLY frustrating when there is zero sympathy from your @cogeco support person, particularly when this is the third issue you've had in a month with them. I think their @cogecohelps Twitter name might be a bit of a misnomer.

  lived here for two years without issues. Even then how does @cogeco @cogecohelps not notify us before hand or even have records in their systems of what's going on at our house. We literally had to read the letter to them over the phone because they didn't know what was going on.

  @cogecohelps @cogeco @TekSavvyBuzz I'm not a telecommunications expert but can you Peter explain to me how there's not issues for two years and then all of a sudden issues? Also I get we might not be direct customers but you guys don't keep records when you cut someone's lines?

  @cogecohelps @cogeco @TELUS Every thing fine on cable service no interruption there it's either the cellular network and/or internet having an interruption.. all seems to be ok for now

  anyone know of good inexpensive internet. I use Cogeco for internet but I am trying to help someone out Not sure. My phone is with @virginmobilecan but I think they can be costly..
