My @cogeco internet is down. But it hasn’t gone down in quite a while so there’s that. Hubby is on the phone w them but it’s still annoying. We need it for alarm.

9 days without my @cogeco internet because of a common dig in. What other utility could leave a paying customer without service for over a week? 0 communication other than a call to get me to pay my first bill.

@cogecohelps @cogeco I just moved from Bell to Cogeco (not my preference but new location couldn’t support Bell). Truly truly disappointed. Installed on Thursday and I’ve had no internet since. Not even including video calls for my meetings. So disappointed (using my mobile data)

That was interesting. My @cogeco internet just went down for several minutes on its own but looks to be back online again. I hope this doesn’t become a habit. They already replaced one modem that died this year. #Cogeco

@cogeco Why does it Not show niagara weather. I got epico for all the issues I was having and epico constantly freezes. Not overly thrilled with epico.
