    @MIHomeYGK My power never ended up being out which was nice but I had no idea Cogeco would be out. Don’t care at all about TV but it killed my internet connection until half an hour ago.

    @HawkfanB @cogeco @cogecohelps Funny you say that b/c I will be looking at the competition - I am very disappointed with Cogeco’s response & how I was treated! Customer service is huge for me & I’m a pretty nice & patient person so for me to get upset, it’s b/c the way they treated me!

    @ItsDeanBlundell @Rogers Hated Bell. They couldn’t care less about customer service until it’s time to renew. And Rogers how do they get away with their rates? Can’t handle them either. Went with Cogeco & Koodo. I’m happy for now.

    @BobWeeksTSN Only until I realized it was in fact on the Golf Channel despite the guide menu saying differently 🤨. But that’s a Cogeco problem and a me problem for wanting to watch Playing Lessons In lieu of anything else!

    @RonaldSDean @cogeco Worst case scenario, if you can pay for it in the interim of any work getting done, you can get Starlink if it’s available in your area. That way, you’re not completely disconnected while combatting your ISP.

    @raspberryberet3 @cogeco @cogecohelps I agree. I would be too. I’d be looking at the competition. Customer service is HUGE to me. Give me good service, I stay with you.

    I am beyond frustrated & angry with @cogeco @cogecohelps! Initially told service appt b/w 11-2 & then switched it b/w 11-5! Three days w/o cable & internet & I work from home! No one showed up - unacceptable!! What will you do?? 😡😡😡
