    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    They’re calling it the worst internet provider of all time! It’s called Cogeco and it’s absolutely terrible.

    @cogeco I am in Leafs region and regional games on @Sportsnet ontario are blacked out. When regional game is on @TSN_Sports I get the game. Please fix.

    @cogeco why do you charge an arm and a leg for services that crash CONSTANTLY?! Each time an issue comes up… you increase your prices….

    Lately, my Cogeco tv channels have been saying This channel will resume shortly, but they never do. What’s going on Cogeco? I am very dissatisfied with the service I have been getting. #cogecohelps

    @cogeco is so inept. Customer service does not exist. 3 hours on the phone and not one person seems to know who is responsible for what.
