    @TOBenfica Yeah I loved that service until Cogeco and TSN broke up in January. Frustrating. Cogeco is happy to let you get to the Sportsnet app but not the TSN one.

If they fail to provide the services their customers are paying for, the customers have every right to be upset and complain. It’s not as if internet is a gift. End of the world?     @cogeco I get things happen. But ses every 30 days Georgetown goes down. Before it was Bell Canada's fault... Now what...? Added to fact a week I upgraded to Ultra super fast... And since day 1 best performance too date has been 100 mbps. Earliest a tech can come is Friday.

    @cogecohelps @libraryzombie I've traced it as a DNS issue on Cogeco's end... if you change the adapter settings in Windows 10 for DNS to 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.8.4, it'll work

    We understand that some students and families may be having difficulty connecting to remote learning this morning due to a widespread Internet outage affecting some regional Internet service providers, including Cogeco. Please be patient as these issues are being resolved.
