Ontario people thinking of switching to Cogeco mobile DO NOT MAKE THE MOVE. My 76yr old mom was swindled. Horrible customer service. Tried to move back to her other provider now COGECO mobile won’t port her number. Over 20 hours lost on phone. @cogecohelps

These @cogeco people don't give up. Even if your walking away from them at the mall they will still yell their pitch at you. If they come to your door and you tell them your not interested they will still go through their pitch. I can tell you I will never go cogeco.

@cogecohelps If you work from home, DO NOT GO WITH COGECO. The service quality and technical support are AWFUL. After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!

@cogeco your support system has to be one of the worst. I have no internet to complete my work. I’ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!
