@TOBenfica Yeah I loved that service until Cogeco and TSN broke up in January. Frustrating. Cogeco is happy to let you get to the Sportsnet app but not the TSN one.

@cogeco @cogecohelps your customer service sucks! 4 calls to get a box added to account. Just tried to return old equipment that was in a box. No clue where they came from, wouldn’t take it back unless a phone number or address given. It is now in the trash.

@CindiRensburg @cogeco Glad to know it isn't just us. Recordings are fine as well as using apps. Regular channels is total garbage tonight. I had "update" notifications on my box for Epico snd the remote. Nothing has improved.

@cogecohelps lost all closed captions on all movies I have on my list.Every one! I have close captions on Netflix & Amazon, This is a #Cogeco problem. i only have 10% vision in one eye from cataracts . My landlord pays 4 #Cogeco service. fix problem. He's on hunting trip
