Was told there was service avail at new address so set up install for first day and cancelled Cogeco. A call the day before to tell me there’s an engineering delay 🙄

September, Bell left us without internet for 3 weeks until we switched to @cogeco Apparently it was a simple fix the first out of 5 Bell repairman should have been able to fix. Receive faster & better service @cogeco

As per usual, agents give shallow excuses 4 erroneous billing w/ the insinuation of blame (me) AND cut me off every time I try 2 speak. I don't have time to play with kids. Cogeco cost us over $1000 after you brought your garbage equipment in the house. I had to buy protection to save from you. 1st time.

We were happier with bell but got sucked in by your criminal sales crook who promised us only the best for a life time fee. BS. First there was no synchronization between the pic and the sound then
