As per usual, agents give shallow excuses 4 erroneous billing w/ the insinuation of blame (me) AND cut me off every time I try 2 speak. Was stuck with "Melissa" today. -tve attitude as soon as she answered phone.

We were happier with bell but got sucked in by your criminal sales crook who promised us only the best for a life time fee. BS. First there was no synchronization between the pic and the sound then

September, Bell left us without internet for 3 weeks until we switched to @cogeco Apparently it was a simple fix the first out of 5 Bell repairman should have been able to fix. Receive faster & better service @cogeco

I don't have time to play with kids. Cogeco cost us over $1000 after you brought your garbage equipment in the house. I had to buy protection to save from you. 1st time.

Was told there was service avail at new address so set up install for first day and cancelled Cogeco. A call the day before to tell me there’s an engineering delay 🙄
