If a company allows you to sign to a service online but forces you to call support to cancel that service, stay away. Currently waiting for a @Ooma rep, but I had the same experience with @Cogeco and @TeamViewer. #stayaway

@toothumbz Hi Timotea, There should be an incident number, then yes it is legitimate. Dahlia Cogeco

@TheHerleBurly If only they would also buy Cogeco so I could dump Bell for decent internet and cable service - I’d be pleased.

  • MikeMitchellHR Tmgcl (@MikeMitchellHR) reported

@cogeco @cogecohelps your internet service sucks! Come on people, for what we pay the service should be extremely fast & reliable, it’s not. Needs work!

  • RobertLaing10 Robert Laing (@RobertLaing10) reported from Brighton, Ontario

@cogecohelps You had lots of chances. I tried to tell you You cut me off your website. Now look at the mess you've made. I don't have time to play with kids. Cogeco cost us over $1000 after you brought your garbage equipment in the house. I had to buy protection to save from you. 1st time.

@adammckerlie @cogeco Yeah steer clear of this scam company. They overcharge for horrible services. Wifi dies constantly. Why anyone chooses this company when there is Bell....is beyond me

@MikeMitchellHR @cogeco @cogecohelps Absolutely horrible service. My service cuts out at least 5 times a day. This is ridiculous
