@cogeco Once again your service is having issues. Half the channels are not working or they are glitching.. this has been happening all month yet our month bill has increased.. disappointed in the quality of service

In Ontario, can anyone recommend an internet provider? I have cogeco, have to pay for tv and never use it. Prefer just to pay internet. It's too expensive! Suggestions?

@cogecohelps Outage for tv still in Georgetown. Will cogeco automatically be providing a refund for the downtime since they know the areas affected and services affected or do we need to call in?

@ORPowerCorp…just pathetic…we got notice from Cogeco that there’s a power outage in our area…really…why in the hell are we getting a power outage notice from our cable/internet provider when there still hasn’t been any kind of notice/update from the Ottawa Power Corporation!

@sassinak I literally had the Cogeco guy try to stop me from leaving for another service provider by telling me that when traffic is high they throttle the "renters" to give priority to their top customers. I assume that Rogers works the same shady way
