@cogeco Once again your service is having issues. Half the channels are not working or they are glitching.. this has been happening all month yet our month bill has increased.. disappointed in the quality of service

@cogecohelps hey, really disappointed in your customer service and internet provision period. With the number of people working from home you would think Cogeco would be better. Cancels a service appointment and doesn’t call to inform the customer. You should be ashamed.

@cogecohelps As a Cogeco customer I do not recommend it’s now been 5 years of tech support and people coming to my house replacing my modem replacing lines and still I can’t get the speeds I’m paying for I’m supposed to have 1000Mbps but instead I’m only getting 250Mbps they Will blame you

@cogeco @TekSavvyCSR Having internet problems. We have Teksavvy as provider through Cogeco lines. Cogeco guy tells us a problem with line to our house and they will email when they can fix it. Seems like 8 to 12 week to fix a service we pay for. Unacceptable.Shame Cogeco/Teksavvy

Second @Cogeco Internet outage of the day, and it’s not even 9am yet. I’ve reset my modem multiple times. With 2 people working from home, this is more than just an inconvenience.

@cogecohelps @cogeco The internet service back and running now .My Wi-Fi modern always cut intermittently. Called tech support several times to resolve but no long term solution . Might need new modem!
