  @cogeco Once again your service is having issues. Half the channels are not working or they are glitching.. this has been happening all month yet our month bill has increased.. disappointed in the quality of service

  @cogeco @cogecohelps Swapped to Cogeco because of their 1gb deal. I've had more problems in 1 month than I did with my old ISP for over 5 years! Constant disconnecting for last 3 days, making working from home impossible. Extremely disappointed with your service.

  @MIHomeYGK I use Start on Cogeco cable, I believe Start uses different DNS servers, so no problem here. Or I use Google DNS servers, had to do that a lot when I was with Cogeco. For $55 I get 40/10 real unlimited internet.

  @kenbuisman @cogeco The one time you don't really want your service going down for long periods; when everyone is working from home or studying. Fastest way to get people to move to another provider. This is the second time this week.... terrible.
