RaphaΓ«l Vignes (@RaphaelVignes) reported$CCA.NE Cogeco Communications: Paid 6.6% to own a stock priced for a (not so certain) slow death. Cogeco is a Regional North American cable: internet, TV, phone, thin MVNO. ~1.6m subs. Canada holds. Breezeline (13 secondary US states) is the problem child. Kind of a Mini-Comcast (disclaimer: owner). The familt keeps 80% of the votes via $CGO. Thesis. C$60, 5.0β5.3x EBITDA, 13x FCF, 6.6% growing dividend. FCF still C$500β550m on C$2.5bn of equity. Monte Carlo (20k): median C$88 / mean C$93, 79% of paths above spot. You get paid while waiting for US to stop getting worse. Risks. Breezeline is half of EBITDA and still losing broadband to fibre/FWA, they just wrote off C$1.2β1.8bn. Maybe sold once the operations will have improved? Net debt C$4.44bn (3.2x). Buybacks paused until ~3.0x. Priced in. Ongoing β2/β3% sales, margins stuck, capex stuck 20% of sales, WACC 8.5β9%. Discounts. dying-cable multiple + ugly US mix + leverage + dual-class shares. Not investment advice.

Allan Gao (@Allan_Gao12) reportedI cancelled my internet service after my contract ended, yet you charged me a $75 early cancellation fee in violation of CRTC rules. I emailed you, but you ignored me. Is this how you treat your customers? @cogeco

Torontonian (@YYZ2YGK) reported@Enna_Acssej @cogeco What kind of amateur organization shuts down their service for their entire eastern Ontario clientele? What kind of gong show are they running. I think I can dump them this year. Fingers crossed.

Clare A (@Murphysmom67) reportedSince I am unable to call u or text bc u mistakenly disconnected me, heres the situation. I switched to Cogeco & informed u on Jan 22/26. U gave me a disconnection date of Feb 17/26. I was fully paid up but after Feb 17 u continued to bill me & I stupidly paid bc of your threats a total of $291.33 which u now owe me. When I switched to Cogeco I was told they used Telus lines, thats why my phone still indicated u as the carrier. Cogeco told me Γ shouldnt still b paying u so I stopped. Now you've disconnected me so since Friday I've had no calls, text or data. On top of that you reported me to Equifax. U really expect me to pay u as well as Cogeco? Ur lucky I dont sue u. I should b activated on the network immediately. How about u check your data & my dates then reimburse what u owe me. @TELUS
