Getting ridiculous now. Restarted modem many times now. Been on hold for 30 min for tech support yet again... #cogeco

I HATE @cogeco with a fiery passion and would praise Start. But this is just taking so long to find a resolution itโs burning up the goodwill and experience thatโs based on.

Just got up here and spent 4 days escalating support tickets thru Cogeco to enable MSNBC which is in our package. I'm pretty sure it was off for all of Ontario. I should get royalties.

Had some tech issues needed a technician just got a $75 technician charge but Iโll fight it tomorrow

When Cogeco increased, I checked site and got the best offer for 20 months for the same service. I called Rogers for my parents and lowered their bill by $60+. Calling and asking seems to helps us.
