I HATE @cogeco with a fiery passion and would praise Start. But this is just taking so long to find a resolution it’s burning up the goodwill and experience that’s based on.

We've had multiple technicians look at the issues, and multiple routers installed. Nothing works. Clearly there is a larger problem with your epico devices.
