Good evening @cogeco , customer loyalty just acknowledged the unresolved performance issues with the EPICO box. In the face of the recent large price hikes and no other options, how should loyal, long-term customer be feeling about the service?

@cogecohelps It is utterly stupid. Your internet is down so you can't look it up. You give your pin an address with postal code. It is the most ridiculous policy I have ever experienced. By the way, I have called you five times and still have the same problem. I am at my limit with Cogeco.

So cogeco is down Imagine if the monopoly of phone/ internet services ended. US $50 get unlimited data / North American calling on a phone. You could work off my phone. @JustinTrudeau @PierrePoilievre this should be a focus on the next election.

@cogeco hi I dropped off my equipment last week to Canada Post office to be returned but only tracking info shows logged in at post office and “unexpected delay” under delivery date. I’ve initiated a service ticket but not heard anything. Can you help?

@cogeco epico was the worst thing you guys have ever rolled out. Really regretting ever switching from TiVO. Please allow the option to switch over #NeverWorks #NotWorthIt #AbsoluteGarbage
