    @cogeco is so inept. Customer service does not exist. 3 hours on the phone and not one person seems to know who is responsible for what.

    I’m on hold trying to get an @cogeco technical issue resolved. Not only are there no humans to pick up the call, but the recorded messages they play while on hold are computer generated and mis-pronounce both “wi-fi” and the name of the company itself. It’s bizarre and awful.

    I just ate a granola bar. Instead of throwing the wrapper in the garbage I threw it at my Cogeco router. I’m doing my part and saving the environment, putting trash where it belongs.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

    Renegotiate with @Bell we just moved house 2 months ago left Cogeco, Bell gave us a 2 yr deal $80/month I only wanted their best wifi they threw in basic cable and landline. Had some tech issues needed a technician just got a $75 technician charge but I’ll fight it tomorrow
