    @cogecohelps @cogeco Thanks Sandra. Unfortunately that’s not helpful for my kids who have missed their classes today. If you could get this system functional so it won’t go down every time school classes start that would be great.

    @eesa_rahim @McclaskinAshley @cogeco I was with bell 1 year, internet only. I called to cancel my service the first time, thought everything was done, no more bills, I even sent the modem back and the sent a confirmation email. But they never shutdown my account. They were charging me for over 6 months

    @bluechick08 @JraigeJoe @cogeco 2) they said we only have you on file as being with us for 1 year... I said we moved last year they said yes thats why, I said that isn't how billing works! I've paid you for service for 10 years that doesn't change because you change my account #
