    I live in a townhome complex. Wifi has been down since noon when road crew cut cable. I called immediately and was told they would fix it THIS afternoon. This evening, I spent 1-1/2 hours on hold with @cogeco only to be told it will be another 24-48 hours!!

    @cogecohelps Oh no? Pay me half my days wage. Do your damn job and show up when you say you are. Useless. Need more competition in this country to get rid of loser companies like cogeco

    @cogecohelps We have had very bad and sometimes no internet for the last month or more. Multiple calls to cogeco. We were told to change out the modem. We did that. Followed all cogeco instructions. Others on our street have had the same problems.

    I cancelled my internet service after my contract ended, yet you charged me a $75 early cancellation fee in violation of CRTC rules. I emailed you, but you ignored me. Is this how you treat your customers? @cogeco
