  @cogecohelps lost all closed captions on all movies I have on my list.Every one! I have close captions on Netflix & Amazon, This is a #Cogeco problem. i only have 10% vision in one eye from cataracts . My landlord pays 4 #Cogeco service. fix problem. He's on hunting trip

  Second @cogeco outage in less than a month for my area. Outage site says 4:09pm restore time but last outage said 2 hours and it was more like 18 hours. Bell Fibe is looking real good.

  @cogeco @cogecohelps your customer service sucks! 4 calls to get a box added to account. Just tried to return old equipment that was in a box. No clue where they came from, wouldn’t take it back unless a phone number or address given. It is now in the trash.

  @cogeco @cogeco you have the worst service and equipment . Literally every day I have issues with the EPICO and internet . I constantly have to reset the modem and EPICO box , like ever day . It literally never works when needed . An appointment with a technician is a two week wait
