I would call @cogeco requesting a discount due to the ongoing service disruptions however they only give better rates to new customers rather than those they have had for 15+ years. Loyalty is so 1990.

@MIHomeYGK I use Start on Cogeco cable, I believe Start uses different DNS servers, so no problem here. Or I use Google DNS servers, had to do that a lot when I was with Cogeco. For $55 I get 40/10 real unlimited internet.

@erinpepler @cogeco If we treated education as a critical service, the teachers would have the support, infrastructure, and training to make this irrelevant...it’s absurd that we have them using residential class broadband for work. Cogeco’s business customers had zero downtime this week.

@cogeco @cogecohelps Swapped to Cogeco because of their 1gb deal. I've had more problems in 1 month than I did with my old ISP for over 5 years! Constant disconnecting for last 3 days, making working from home impossible. Extremely disappointed with your service.
