Ben Draper (@bendraper) reported@cogecohelps had a power outage that ended 25 min ago. Got a text from Cogeco saying power outage ended and to unplug modem for 3 seconds and plug back in. Did that 10 minutes ago and still no internet. What are my options for next steps?
