@cogeco @cogecohelps really disappointed right now ordered cable and a new modem last week never got the email saying it was shipped and tracking number, woke up this morn internet isn't working and when I called they said my equipment will be here today and thats why my internet

@cogecohelps I've been with Cogeco for years, tv and internet. I've just cancelled my service because I've a MUCH better offer. I'm being charged a $75 cancellation fee for each service. That's a $150 disconnection fee on top of what I currently owe. Disgusting!

@cogeco internet sucks. They tell me they see nothing wrong yet I still can’t connect to the internet lol. How about you send someone over instead of making me wait 2 days…absurd company

Had Cogeco not had that outage last Friday. My internet uptime would have been 100% Calculation interval : 2022-11-01 00:00:00 - 2022-12-01 00:00:00 Total Connected Time : 29d 19:15 Total Disconnected Time : 0d 04:44 Total Availability : 99.34%

@cogeco once again, never seems to fail. They say between 11-2 and it is now 1:30 and my wife and I both have to go to work. Saw 2 vans just sitting in a parking lot the other day doing absolutely nothing for a good 2 hours. This company is absurd. Holy smokes

@maddferret84 My internet dude. Not working. Little bit of everything. Weather caused my internet to stop working and Cogeco and the city are doing nothing about it. Even hard wired my modem. It’s all ****** up man. My ***** are swollen

@cogecohelps It has been over 29 hours and counting since I reported the issue with Cogeco's authentication service and it remains unresolved and with NO updates from Cogeco. What is going on Cogeco?

@cogeco We waited 3 days already and now we have to wait again until Thursday all because YOUR truck broke down ?!?! SEND A DIFFERENT ONE !!!!. I will NOT be paying this months bill. You will also be paying my phone bill with all this data I’ve been having to use. Pathetic
