Hey @cogeco my home Internet is down. I need a technician, but when I asked to have a tech wait at my house between 8am-5pm until I got home during that window, that was not acceptable. But you’re asking me to do exactly that.

@cogeco guys, you MUST update your website for the outage. The phone IVR tells you there is an outage but nowhere online does it mention. As a former Cogeco employee, this is an ongoing issue that still hasn't been fixed since my tenure.
