    Hey @cogeco my home Internet is down. I need a technician, but when I asked to have a tech wait at my house between 8am-5pm until I got home during that window, that was not acceptable. But you’re asking me to do exactly that.

    @cogecohelps @Oakville_HI @cogeco I’m having this issue too. Just NBC. All other channels are fine. Have reset the TIVO
