    Hey @cogeco my home Internet is down. I need a technician, but when I asked to have a tech wait at my house between 8am-5pm until I got home during that window, that was not acceptable. But you’re asking me to do exactly that.

    It was only off for a few minutes this time, maybe 20, but these Cogeco outages are becoming more common. I get way more people are using the networks because of COVID, but please try to keep up... hard when you want to remain loyal but your service stinks #cogeco

    @JraigeJoe @cogeco Thankfully it’s similar to the last outage...if you connect through a VPN you’re fine. Cogeco is looking super bush-league at this point.

    @ihoplad @cogeco Good luck, they claim it's not their fault "issues beyond our control". This is what happens when government give huge corps monopoly rights over vital and necessary public infrastructure. Ask you local MP, MPP what are they doing to put more public control over big tech

    Dear @cogeco, I’m a patient person, but if you have multiple province wide outages in the span of 2 days, own it, respond immediately, and at least show that you care about your customers. For me, it’s not the lack of service that will cause me to cancel, it’s the lack of care.
