    Hey @cogeco my home Internet is down. I need a technician, but when I asked to have a tech wait at my house between 8am-5pm until I got home during that window, that was not acceptable. But you’re asking me to do exactly that.

    @cogeco your equipment is garbage. The DVR only ever seems to work when it wants to. I had a one pass set up that’s been recording the same show week after week and tonight it just decided not to record. This happens constantly. I can’t wait to cancel your service for good.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Yes they are back but it happened 2 nights back to back. I’d appreciated some notice it there was going to be a planned downtime. If it was not planned then please investigate why the internet was down.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco I have called the service line and was told 8 to 10 business days... that's a long time away from my community and my work! Having called should I still fill out the form you mentioned? Thank you for reaching out!
