Hey @cogeco my home Internet is down. I need a technician, but when I asked to have a tech wait at my house between 8am-5pm until I got home during that window, that was not acceptable. But you’re asking me to do exactly that.

@cogecohelps Hi cogeco, this issue is still happening this morning and has been happening for about 5 days now. Random drop in internet connection for a quick second. Same thing happened last year around this time for 3 months before it was resolved

@AlfredShamaon @cogeco Lucky!!!! Nothing here. Just spent an hour on hold for someone to tell us their aware of the outage and it won't be back until 4:30am. Funny how they know about the outage but their site says other wise.

@draglikepull If I'm in a line of sight roughly perpendicular to a wall, I can get about 10m into my yard. Wouldn't try streaming video unless within 3m though. But any angle past about 30* and concrete basement wall kills signal. Modem in basement bc Cogeco won't lay cable To new rooms.
