  Hey @cogeco my home Internet is down. I need a technician, but when I asked to have a tech wait at my house between 8am-5pm until I got home during that window, that was not acceptable. But you’re asking me to do exactly that.

  @cogecohelps It’s all fixed now, but it’s generally a pita. Why shouldn’t I go to Rogers or Bell? I had a Cogeco door knocker talk me into $110 a month and now it’s turned into $150 a month. I feel I got scammed.. why don’t we have NHL network? So many reasons to change providers atm

  @cogeco. Holy ****! They call me telling me I owe them money. Been with them for a little over a month. I have to tell them I’ll call them back. I check with my bank. Yes I paid 4 days ago. I call them back. They advise me to call them each time I pay from my bank account! 🙄

  So over service from @cogeco. Constantly have to restart/update just to get the TV to work. The price is getting ridiculous, they give you offers say its good for so long but no not true. should not have to keep calling to adjust. Loyal customer for years but time to move on.

  @cogecohelps I once joined a company called COGECO Known for their prices being OH SO LOW Their staff are so kind Assisting me they never mind Any other company would only be SO SO.

  @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

  @cogeco Anyone out there have trouble with Cogeco? We left Bell and went with them in Dec. Having nothing but problems. Live in southwestern Ontario. Any suggestions?
