So neat. @cogeco goes offline twice in a week. You try to call support and it's offline. You try to call customer service to cancel the crappy service and... It's offline too. @cogecohelps can you please cancel my service?

@cogecohelps unbelievably bad service- even worse than your usual uncaring support staff. I can not tell you how much I regret switching back to Cogeco. I thought in the 15 years I was with Bell things would have improved. Apparently not. I’m switching back.

Any users of #starlink with reviews so far? Ready to switchover. So sick of current ISPs not investing in their infrastructure & fixing actual internet problems. Their only product/solution right now is “call customer service, get a credit” @CoxComm @cogeco #Phoenix #Toronto
