Tuesday morning we missed my cousins funeral that was livestreamed due outage! Now I am missing the funeral of 2 family friends being livestreamed at 10:30 am this morning! This is very distressing to me and my family. This is upsetting! #cogeco #cogecoouttage

@servicesdown_ Down in Hamilton. Trying to teach kids who are in Cambridge. Need to find a new provider, this is ridiculous! Thanks @cogeco 😡
