@cogecohelps What is the phone number for customer service? The phone number provided on your website 18662614447 is “not in service”. Cogeco has been extremely frustrating to deal with this week.

@cogecohelps @DovaleStevo Why cant you send email or text messages to subscribers once you've recognized the downtime? Is there an official tweet yet on this from Cogeco? Resolution ETA? Also why is your contact number not in service?
