    @TweeetLorraine @cogeco I dumped them for Nexicom for the same reason. There was a sagging line across my backyard, they denied it was theirs claimed it was Bell’s. After weeks back and forth with both of them, I cut the damn thing. Gee, guess it was theirs after all.

    @DanielAshley13 @Anythingpork When viewers stop watching due to cost, the will be retweaking packages, lost their oldest customers because loyalty means nothing to them. I know. Cogeco cut off service at Christmas because I had nowhere to pay my bill that wouldn't cost me money. Closed local office. No arrear

    Worst part about being Canadian. Internet monopolies. Called @cogeco atleast 4 times in the 2 months being home. While I was in Florida I called an ISP 1 time to get it set up. This is horrendous

    @cogeco I have an issue with my epico customer service. It's was installed last Tuesday. We are enjoying it but I can't get it on my husband's iPad. Tech was supposed to get someone to call me back because they didn't have the answers. 4 days and I still haven't heard.

    I am on a fixed disability income and I switched from DSL on @TekSavvyBuzz to cable on Cogeco which was already $35 more a month. I switched because of the price savings guarantee, now barely a month into my new service and I am being told that Cogeco is increasing the price?!

    Hey @cogeco thanks for sneakily telling me that both my internet and tv packages are going up by $6 in September, with zero explanation as to why. Am I getting faster internet? No. Better tv channels? No. Has your service or quality improved? No. But now I get to pay $12 more.

    @TekSavvyBuzz rents the lines from @Cogeco and resells the service at about the same price as Cogeco, but Cogeco offers a discount under-selling Teksavvy's price to get their customers, then raises prices once they have the customers. Really shadey business practice @CRTCeng

    @cogeco hi I ordered a ppv see njpw presens forbidden door and it keeps going out in didn't spend $49.99 plus tax to not get too see it it's been out for going on 10mins now please fix it

    @cogeco I don't know where Renfrew is but I haven't had good internet and TV since Sunday and it's becoming quite the problem
