    @TweeetLorraine @cogeco I dumped them for Nexicom for the same reason. There was a sagging line across my backyard, they denied it was theirs claimed it was Bell’s. After weeks back and forth with both of them, I cut the damn thing. Gee, guess it was theirs after all.

    @DanielAshley13 @Anythingpork When viewers stop watching due to cost, the will be retweaking packages, lost their oldest customers because loyalty means nothing to them. I know. Cogeco cut off service at Christmas because I had nowhere to pay my bill that wouldn't cost me money. Closed local office. No arrear

    @chengeling I once called Cogeco to cancel my PARENTS sub. No question asked. Done in 10min. But yeah Bell & Videotron can be like that. I use 'i wanna quit' to get deals off current sub. Person cant do a thing, they send you to other dept, and boom, 'newcomer price!'

    @draglikepull If I'm in a line of sight roughly perpendicular to a wall, I can get about 10m into my yard. Wouldn't try streaming video unless within 3m though. But any angle past about 30* and concrete basement wall kills signal. Modem in basement bc Cogeco won't lay cable To new rooms.

    Hey Matt Wickham @Cogeco. Our modem is glitching constantly. You are sending a new 1 which you say will be here within 5 business days! I wanted to pick 1 up curbside in Burlington, but becuz there is an order in the system I cannot. Are you kidding? WFH is bad enuf without this

    Cogeco fuckung sucks. My wifi keeps cutting out and I am FURIOUS. I’m trying to do **** here and work on stuff but I can’t bc of this terrible **** service

    @cogecohelps Hi cogeco, this issue is still happening this morning and has been happening for about 5 days now. Random drop in internet connection for a quick second. Same thing happened last year around this time for 3 months before it was resolved
