Service is not free, I wanna know if I pay less money when my bill comes up what's gonna happen? Should I tell them to calm down and not suspend my service???

@cogeco Considering I just called to have my Price lowered, then was OVER CHARGED AGAIN, AND NOW THIS.... WHEN KIDS ARE IN SCHOOL FROM 9-3.... I am SOOOOOOOOOOO CANCELLING this shitty service. I am so sick and tired of this. Can't even call customer support, as lines are dead.
