    Not one Cogeco rep has apologised for the delays or crappy service, I price hike. Nor have they made any attempt to retain me as a customer. Definitely time to say goodbye @cogeco ! My new ISP? I have yet to have to wait to speak to a rep. 3/

    @mikelaw86 @solkumar @cogeco They told me that the increase is to cover improvements in their service. I have only been on a month so I have yet to see this, but I can say that they claim it is up to 1000mbps, but the max my tests have shown is 700mbps, and my game consoles never test above 200mbps.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Hey, so I see my monthly rates are going up so you can improve your network... yet you don't seem interested in improving it in MY area... why am I subsidising people getting gig internet when I can't even get 1/6th of that?

    @cogeco what a scam of a company, you can get services and set up on the same day but when you figure out the **** dosn't work and need to cancel all of a sudden nobody is trained to do so and they just keep transferring you to someone else who isn't qualified. Ben in hold 6.5hrs

    @cogecohelps Good morning Karen. I had to terminate my service for next week, but I forgot to ask the agent what I need to do with the modem. Will Cogeco send a box and/or prepaid shipping notice or do I need to drop that off at a Cogeco store? Thanks.

    So, I tried to cut the Cogeco cord today. Had to call 3 times. Spent over an hour on hold only to be hung up on. Spent another hour on hold only to have to tell the rep 4 times I want to disconnect my service. 1/
