My HD channels including on demand stopped working last Thursday night. After a VERY long weekend a tech arrived and was able to fix problem , now ANOTHER 5 business days! Hating cogeco!

kereshen naidoo (@kereshen_naidoo) reported@cogecohelps Over the past 3 weeks, I have had 3s-6s Page load times on a 1gbps subscription. Switching to google's DNS made these pages load instantly. I realize this is not your fault, but please get someone to fix Cogeco's DNS. My LTE mobile hotspot loads pages faster.
