My HD channels including on demand stopped working last Thursday night. After a VERY long weekend a tech arrived and was able to fix problem , now ANOTHER 5 business days! Hating cogeco!

Please go into network settings and switch DNS from automatic to Manual and out ik address 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4. This will get you back online. My kids and wife still online as I left DNS settings after Mondays issue.
