Some might say… (@paulbeit) reported@Critter_Paths @RebelNewsOnline Oh gosh…ya…I’ve been doing this for 30 years…building switching centers, to central offices/and now Data Centers and supporting/installing/upgrading/planning/budgeting/building these projects and all the “wires” on poles, towers and in holes - all over 🇨🇦. Built networks for Bell, Roger’s, Telus, Cogeco, Videotron, Eastlink, SaskTel, NRBN, NFTC, C3Telecon, Sogetel……I can go on. Here is the scoop on Data Centers. Yes, DC’s take a ton of energy in the form of electricity and some “do” water. Not all are built the same. For context a simple (small) 50,000 square foot DC - can provide service to approximately 30M people globally again on today’s AI standards. This DC, again for example, can create over 3 to 7m in tax revenue per year for any community (and way more for the feds could get some DST from the 🌎. So this DC, for context, sits in a Dollar Store size building……and delivers a huge boost to the locals….to build that they employed over 200 part time and now hire 50 people to manage it daily…the 200 that built this, build the next - a team a crew, and they get way more $ after every gig….talk to me….I fly around talking about this. I think we have a better job to do in communicating the overall business, environment, economic, and social aspects of them….I have work to do….but Canada is cold, has a ton of land, resources, and a ton of access to global fiber connectivity. If not, I’ll install it with all my friends 👍🇨🇦👍

Ciel21 ♠️♦️♣️💜🇨🇦🍁 (@Ciel2114) reported@MamaStyles77 @cogeco Cogeco mobile has only been offered to existing Internet customers. Mom has their Internet but does not want cell plan. Besides if Cogeco service is offline, so is our home phone. Another reason to have cell plan with different provider.

Clare A (@Murphysmom67) reportedSince I am unable to call u or text bc u mistakenly disconnected me, heres the situation. I switched to Cogeco & informed u on Jan 22/26. U gave me a disconnection date of Feb 17/26. I was fully paid up but after Feb 17 u continued to bill me & I stupidly paid bc of your threats a total of $291.33 which u now owe me. When I switched to Cogeco I was told they used Telus lines, thats why my phone still indicated u as the carrier. Cogeco told me Ì shouldnt still b paying u so I stopped. Now you've disconnected me so since Friday I've had no calls, text or data. On top of that you reported me to Equifax. U really expect me to pay u as well as Cogeco? Ur lucky I dont sue u. I should b activated on the network immediately. How about u check your data & my dates then reimburse what u owe me. @TELUS

Amanda (@Amanda90097805) reported@cogeco Some of you would remember this from when I lost my **** because of cable bill and others I lost over 1,345 from my bank account being on low income I had to go and ask around for us polices where backing me up not TD police even said closed your bank account many had problems

Our technicians have been dispatched and are working diligently to resolve as soon as possible. Since 911 calling may be affected, please ensure you have access to a secondary phone for emergencies.
