Fyi #HamOnt Cogeco is currently experiencing no service with the TV and internet services on JOHN ST S in HAMILTON. Technicians are working diligently to restore your service(s) and a follow-up message will be sent when the outage has been resolved.

@cogeco your support system has to be one of the worst. I have no internet to complete my work. I’ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!

@Bell I have just had the worst customer service experience trying to change my ridiculously high bill. Transferred twice, lastly, to the loyalty department. Was on for over 40 mins to only be left sitting. I finally hung up. You need to sort yourselves out! @Rogers @cogeco
