They can take ownership of the situation but refuse to do so. It feels punitive for having chosen a reseller, who incidentally provides fantastic customer care.

Only thing that works on the network is my Firestick. I’ve reset the modem as well, nothing worked! Thanks in advance

At 10pm called in to @Execulink and they say they have no reported issues on their end and suspect a @cogeco line issue that hasn't been reported to them by Cogeco. The only issue Canada has with telecom, is that there is nothing to stop them from increasing that price on existing customers unless it's a contract price freeze deal

The call is because of the Cogeco creep, every few months the bill goes up! Is there better service, obviously not. Loosing channels but prices keep going up. So damn frustrating!!
