Terrible @cogeco experience Internet keeps dropping, tech has been out equipment exchanged etc issue continues, now it’s a ‘known issue’ and the solution is to downgrade my internet and wait upto 3 days with no internet while they send me another modem!!

@JohnFurrToronto @cogeco @BellFibe A friend of mine knows someone I’m not sure what the company is but the thing about Cogeco I hate is that they’re charging cable prices but they’re streaming service is terrible with hardly anything available. @cogecohelps What is the phone number for customer service? The phone number provided on your website 18662614447 is “not in service”. Cogeco has been extremely frustrating to deal with this week.

@peggy_blair Freedom calls with offers, even when it lowers my bill & better plan. When Cogeco increased, I checked site and got the best offer for 20 months for the same service. I called Rogers for my parents and lowered their bill by $60+. Calling and asking seems to helps us.

@cogeco @cogecohelps epico boxes still suck. Can't even stream their own 4K channels without regular choppiness. And it's not the signal. I can stream 4K on the tv apps no problem.

@cogecohelps If you work from home, DO NOT GO WITH COGECO. The service quality and technical support are AWFUL. After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!

@cogecohelps It’s all fixed now, but it’s generally a pita. Why shouldn’t I go to Rogers or Bell? I had a Cogeco door knocker talk me into $110 a month and now it’s turned into $150 a month. I feel I got scammed.. why don’t we have NHL network? So many reasons to change providers atm
