    @cogecohelps thx. i called. need a technician appt. nothing available until thurs. not surprised. not impressed. then again, i haven’t been impressed w/ much since i became a #cogeco customer in may. i have very low expectations now. can’t wait ‘til my yr is up.

    @cogecohelps main #tivo box will let me watch tv and recorded shows, but that’s the only functionality in my whole home package of services. but, again, no internet which is a major issue, as i don’t have unlimited data on my phone. #Cogeco #Internet #tv #HamOnt

    @CRTCeng hello, things are not well in Cogeco land. Only game in town in Burlington thanks to your policies. When was the last time you called Cogeco customer service and been on hold for more than 30 minutes? They have a pre recorded message, been like this for over 6 months....

    When I cancelled my services, they sent me an email that I was totally paid up now they are sending me bills again, anyone considering Cogeco consider this you cannot cancel with them without penalizing you!,,

    @cogeco customer service continues to be hard to reach with waiting times exceeding 30 minutes. They’ve been upgrading their billing systems for more than 6 months now. Thank you CRTC for supporting cable company monopoly in Canada, we are all suffering the consequences

    @Keyte17 @cogeco Cogeco has put me on hold for over an hour 3 or 4 times. They simply do not see it as a priority to answer to their clients. I cancelled my service. Apparently they feel having the recording of “Longer than expected call volumes” washes their hands clean of any customer support.

    @cogeco account suspended for 3 weeks while I was on vacation. First call while in Europe, agent very argumentative and not looking listening. Came back, takes me 4 calls to technical support to unlock the account. Trying to make sense of it from a technical point of view

    . @cogeco @cogecohelps you’ve billed me wrong again this month - that’s 3 months in a row, for a service I waited 2 hours on hold to cancel in JUNE! Get it together. I refuse to pay this bill until you rectify this issue and properly charge me. Cut me off, I’ll go to @Bell

    @cogecohelps I subscribe to Cogeco on-demand service and have never had a problem watching anything before. I have one season of Homeland where it is telling me I need to upgrade to watch. I’m confused. I already subscribe to on demand? Why would this one season not work?

    Asking for support from @CarmatTheSpec & @ConsumerSOS - Cogeco can’t get their systems fixed & many of Hamilton area customers are weeks/months without internet. Cogeco told me they can’t help as I’m not a customer however my provider uses Cogeco’s infrastructure & technicians...

    @Andrew135790 @cogecohelps @cogeco Preach. Everytime it goes down I start to instantly think I didn't pay my bill or they just shut me off for no reason. I have college exams to do tomorrow, this shit freaks me out. A simple email goes a long way.

    @Baird9965 @cogecohelps @cogeco Yeah they don’t tell you when they’re going to do it, which really is the worst part, if I knew I wouldn’t be nearly as annoyed because I’d be able to prepare for it, but randomly going out gives me no info so I think it could be something worse. Just horrible business practice.

    @Baird9965 @cogecohelps @cogeco Yep, few years back it would just go out every night because of signal issues they never fixed in my area (we moved lol), now it’s every week with “upgrades” so frustrating that they can’t fix anything yet other ISPs don’t have to upgrade or do weekly maintenance.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco will always be the worst ISP in the Hamilton region. Who needs to do weekly maintenance for what seems like eternity, Bell or Rogers never has this issue, it’s only a cogeco thing. They never warn you either, an email would be nice at least so I know.
