Terrible @cogeco experience Internet keeps dropping, tech has been out equipment exchanged etc issue continues, now it’s a ‘known issue’ and the solution is to downgrade my internet and wait upto 3 days with no internet while they send me another modem!!

@Marianne0417 @cogecohelps @cogeco I finally spoke to someone who seemed to care and was given a small credit to cover some of my data charges with all the days having no WiFi. But the crazy thing is that this new modem is known to have problems and yet they still sell and install them!

@cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!
