@cogeco Not just Epico were impacted, my normal service was also. During the Grey Cup, screen would go completely black on numerous occasions, pixelated every 30 to 40 seconds. Tried calling tech support to no avail.Can you not handle the customer demand?

@cogecohelps wasting time trying to get to a customer service agent seems to be a normal part of the Cogeco Experience. We have periods of impossible to watch EPICO TV daily because of lack of bandwidth and signal drops. Will soon be going back to Bell Fibe unless we can ../2

@cogeco your support system has to be one of the worst. I have no internet to complete my work. I’ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!
