    @TweeetLorraine @wendy2shoes @cogeco Did that switch a couple of months back. Start is way better than cogeco. Stable internet, cheaper and better customer service.

    @steve8282 @cogeco @startca @cogecohelps @CRTCeng There is absolutely no reason they can't take my ticket #s & make an effort to contact the reseller to resolve. They can take ownership of the situation but refuse to do so. It feels punitive for having chosen a reseller, who incidentally provides fantastic customer care.

    @cogeco, the Food Network channel is unwatchable due to freezing and pixelation and has been for several weeks now. Can you please place a credit on my account because of this? I'm paying for something I can't watch, frustrating!

    @Bell Iโ€™m new costumer Iโ€™ve been waiting a week for cable & wifi installation. contacted costumer service and what I got as a answer was โ€œif you are not happy you can cancel you orderโ€ i will and go back with cogeco at least theyโ€™re nice ppl thanks !

    @cogecohelps I did. They did a reset. Told me to check in 10 min. Speed still around 40. Now I have to call tech support again. I LOVE another day of this garbage @cogeco @cogecohelps

    @cogeco Hi Jodi... called about 10x.... had a technician out he said a crew would be out to fix things two days ago. We havent had TV, Internet or Phone working since last Thurs! I want to see!!! ๐Ÿš๐Ÿšงโš’

    @cogeco Thank you ๐Ÿ™ I use Cogeco internet and enjoy your service. Otherwise I donโ€™t get why Cogeco contractors hang the cable lines everywhere like spider webs. Dynes road is an example of this type of Cogeco handy work.

    Couldnโ€™t agree more - @cogeco recently scammed my 92 year old grandmother by telling us her phone service ended a month later then it actually did, then removed the promo rate from her bill. Theyโ€™ve stolen from her in the past too, absolute scum of the earth.

    @Bell I have just had the worst customer service experience trying to change my ridiculously high bill. Transferred twice, lastly, to the loyalty department. Was on for over 40 mins to only be left sitting. I finally hung up. You need to sort yourselves out! @Rogers @cogeco

    @cogeco your support system has to be one of the worst. I have no internet to complete my work. Iโ€™ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!

    I helped my parents switch internet away from @cogeco because of the slow upload speed. Fifty megabits per second upload is slow. Seven months after switching to a competitor, a contracted technician with no signage on his van was rude and cut my father's two coaxial cables outside instead of unscrewing theirs and left almost a meter of coaxial on the line at the road. A month later, two Cogeco sales men showed up at supper time were audibly annoyed while asking why we switched to a competitor and offered "the highest speed" and did not want to say if the upload speed is close to a thousand megabits per second.

    @cogecohelps If you work from home, DO NOT GO WITH COGECO. The service quality and technical support are AWFUL. After days of multiple calls and even a technician visit, no one has been able to fix the issue to provide at least a decent, stable internet connection. STAY AWAY FROM COGECO!

    @cogecohelps we are now in the middle of the 3rd outage weโ€™ve had today since noon hour. Whatโ€™s going on? I pay $40/month for a Rogers mifi to back up my Cogeco internet when it goes out!
