Being in our 80s as seniors w/no house phone it was disturbing. Thankfully I got LTE on my cell phone. For hours husband kept calling Cogeco wait time 10 min gave up aft 1 hr.

A commercial came on and was breaking up and now the news feed is back to being garbled and breaking up. It depends on which camera and or feed.

Been a customer for 25+ years and still have to make the annual call to get the bill and rate adjusted to latest promo. Such a bad business practice!
