@cogecohelps @cogeco ok what's happening in Kingston? #ygk not getting very many channels getting lots of S0900 or S0600 lots of sports programming not available pls fix.. and yes I did a hard reboot to be announced is still on even 2 hours later ie no menu

@cogecohelps @cogeco Thank you we may but it is I am sure CBC or Cogeo issue. We have watched since 12:30 till just now at 2:43. A commercial came on and was breaking up and now the news feed is back to being garbled and breaking up. It depends on which camera and or feed.

@CBCNews hey CBC who can we report your TV reception has been awful for 2 days now. It breaks up the picture & causing voices to be broken up. I am in Kingston. It cant be Cogeco because every other channel is just fine. We are now day 3 with this. Miss our news.

@cogecohelps @cogeco Aside from changing the channel and back, are they gonna do anything to actually fix the problem? This has been going on for a long time. Sadly the Cogeco product has gone downhill a lot recently. Many outages, tv service hit and miss. And these errors.

@Niagara_411 Left them 5 months ago and it was the best move ever! Cogeco is terrible esp in bad weather and the CSR’s not all but most don’t help or want to help. They don’t communicate within the company to make sure the customer is taken care of. They just want your money. @cogeco
