@cogecohelps I spend over an hour and a half on hold. Only to have your loyalty support person hang up on me. I guess Cogeco doesn’t want my business anymore. 20 year customer means nothing to you.

@cogeco sorry but really bad customer support, my internet is very slow since 9:45am but when I called tech support(Wayne), I have been told to wait till Thursday afternoon for tech person appointment. It’s worse than Canadian healthcare
