    @cogeco hire tech support that understands MB is to Terabyte honest to god wtf did you hire? She said she was new I told her my speed speed is 1 terabyte but I’m only getting 15 mb. Didn’t understand.

    @cogeco I am trying to cancel my internet service because it’s unreliable and you have me on hold for 30 minutes!! Such a bad customer experience.

    @cogecohelps It is utterly stupid. Your internet is down so you can't look it up. You give your pin an address with postal code. It is the most ridiculous policy I have ever experienced. By the way, I have called you five times and still have the same problem. I am at my limit with Cogeco.

    @cogecohelps when pulling up cogeco to login in the crave or CTV apps it gives a blank page. Bell Shaw etc will allow you to login, but blank white page if you hit cogeco? Why am I paying so much for this garbage?

    Good evening @cogeco , customer loyalty just acknowledged the unresolved performance issues with the EPICO box. In the face of the recent large price hikes and no other options, how should loyal, long-term customer be feeling about the service?

    @cogecohelps I’d rather spend my time shopping around for a new provider than waste anymore time talking to Cogeco just to have the same terrible service.

    A few coyotes around my place I’m tired I wanted to light a fire but my dogs and are staying in I’m lighting the propane fireplace I reconfigured my internet with my equipment it shoots out to the outside to my bunkie I repeat it there. The garbage cogeco gave me is gone!

    @cogeco I'd like to enjoy the outdoors but I seem to spend my free time dealing with your horrible components and wait times. Tivo junk, modem junk now epico box don't work. 3 hours on phone to switch to epico, 2 hours with techs and a few more on line and in person. Total fail
