@cogeco received new modem a few weeks ago, different setup than old. just found a box (stay at home order), will get it in the mail tomorrow. hopefully no issues with the delayed return... trying to find a box and packing material provided to be more challenging. @cogecohelps

@cogecohelps Is there any connection between Cogeco and Rogers? It's telling, to me, that service from both Rogers and Cogeco were interrupted at the same time, which suggests to me it wasn't a Ontario Hydro problem.

@cogeco For anyone considering switching over to Coegco for tv/internet services, don’t. I’ve been a customer for a month now and have experienced nothing but terrible customer service and technical issues.
