@bohemianww @TekSavvyCSR @peternowak I've been with teksavvy for a very long time. Depending in where you are, you are getting a resale of Roger's, bell, cogeco. Service issues generally come from them. I rarely have issues with service. And, when CRTC lowered prices, they did right away. Great company!

Are you try to tell me that some other appliance in my home could somehow cause feedback despite not being physically connected to your network? Would you also mind addressing my second question from the tweet above?

@cogeco @cogecohelps your customer service is useless. You come cut my cable and then tell me I have to go through another company who has to email you to get you to send out one of YOUR TECHS? If YOU can cut the line YOU can fix it.

Cogeco, Bell, and Rogers barely service any rural areas before they get all hyped up about 5G, you may want to make sure people can afford & access any internet at all. It is not affordable for most, some people cannot afford computers or over priced phones, its called research.

Really dissapointed with @cogecohelps customer service today. Promised delivery of digital cable boxes on Dec 2, has not been delivered and I’m being charged for it?? Why am I paying for something I dont have? When I called I was told I couldn’t cancel. Unacceptable. #cogeco
