@cogeco The service in Riverdale, Cornwall, Ontario has been horrendous for months, including no service now. We have just about had enough. Please fix it before we are forced to change providers.

Second @Cogeco Internet outage of the day, and it’s not even 9am yet. I’ve reset my modem multiple times. With 2 people working from home, this is more than just an inconvenience.

@cogeco @cogecohelps Not only am I experiencing internet speeds like it’s 1996..but your outages page won’t load so I’m assuming it’s a company issue.I’ve been on hold an hour..I just want to work but can’t because the internet is down…

@cogecohelps @cogeco The internet service back and running now .My Wi-Fi modern always cut intermittently. Called tech support several times to resolve but no long term solution . Might need new modem!

@cogecohelps You know when the tree knocked down the power line we didn't have to phone Ottawa River Power to arrange an appointment for a technician! They came out automatically to fix it! Why isn't Cogeco doing the same?!

@cogecohelps Then you should update your website, it is still listed in your supported streaming channels. So this is now something else that is steering me away from Cogeco. I am tired of the pixelating and freezing with no solution.
