    @cogeco The service in Riverdale, Cornwall, Ontario has been horrendous for months, including no service now. We have just about had enough. Please fix it before we are forced to change providers.

    @cogecohelps I’d rather spend my time shopping around for a new provider than waste anymore time talking to Cogeco just to have the same terrible service.

    yup..I called it..landlord sueing Cogeco for drilling that small hole w/o consent..what a total pos this guy is!! hope L&TB takes this b.s into consideration of what a total ******* he is!!

    The most infuriating thing about @cogeco's EPICO service-- or, more accurately, its device-- is that it CONSTANTLY keeps not just dropping its internet connection but randomly and inexplicably (and often!) "disabling" it with no discernible way to fix it. It's a clusterf*ck.
