@TanyaFusco @Bell_Support This sounds like when I had issues with Cogeco They needed to split the connection to the City the amount of traffic was bogging speed down, through just one "pipe" But they kept playing it to me like it was my issue alone They might be trying to put off infrastructure upgrades

The most infuriating thing about @cogeco's EPICO service-- or, more accurately, its device-- is that it CONSTANTLY keeps not just dropping its internet connection but randomly and inexplicably (and often!) "disabling" it with no discernible way to fix it. It's a clusterf*ck.

So cogeco is down Imagine if the monopoly of phone/ internet services ended. US $50 get unlimited data / North American calling on a phone. You could work off my phone. @JustinTrudeau @PierrePoilievre this should be a focus on the next election.

@cogeco provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only has our internet been down every single week for the past month, today a rep. from technical support named Richard called us a liar when we complained about the service not working and they hung up.
