    @cogeco Your support page says "No Outage Detected" but it has a message on the same page saying you are investigating an issue impacting TV services - so this page should say an "Outage is detected"

    @cogecohelps @cogeco I tried calling for hours on the weekend to inquire about my rate on my account. Your IVR is purposefully obfuscating the ability to reach an agent. How am I supposed to get help?

    @CanadianCurmudg Hi Wayne, The issue unfortunately is not with us so we are waiting on a resolution with another company. We hope its resolved soon. Jodi Cogeco
