Trev (@tnt_trevor) reported@JamesJoYo @cogecohelps People can't fathom the cost and amount of work it takes to provide such lines, and the fact that it's not up to cogeco to provide them, it's up to the towns, municipalities and cities they are being provided to to front that bill, so your issue should be with your local town.
