Also don't require verification codes to unsubscribe from marketing emails I never requested.

And I can't even reach you on the phone, or I'd be asking there. It's pretty gross service... Feels disrespectful.

Loud mouth (@solkumar) reported@cogeco raised my monthly invoice right out of the blue by $50. Poor service and pathetic customer support. Called to cancel and they only work 9 to 5 from Monday to Friday. These people should be taken to code or causing misery to their customers.
