    @cogeco Reading all these idiotic comments, you all feel entitled to credits? Read the fine print it was only a couple of hours inconvenience, not days. Karen's and Ken's shut it, its technology and every service I some way shape or form aren't perfect

    @cogeco the result is, most of us can "connect" but, the service is the worse it's been the past year. and, that is saying a lot since, we were waiting til after the holidays to call about the HORRIBLE service. the only reason I am not wigging out is because, well... idk.

    @LowCkas @cogeco - this was a widely circulating solution (changing dns servers) - cloudflare is a well-known web infrastructure company, there is also lots of information available about their DNS service - it was a suggestion, you could've just not done it, as you clearly did? but ok
