    @JeanetteSongolo @cogeco Not exactly true, because of Cogecos service being down everyone in the effected area's are using their cell data which that infrastructure cannot handle so cell data has gone to nearly unusable as well.

    Signed up for #Cogeco. Their site SAYS I can receive a phone call to verify. No phone call received. No Problem their site says! Use my account number... I just need to receive a code to verify this... by telephone. I JUST signed up and already it's a CS nightmare. FML

    @cogecohelps @ryck_nancy Contact me my condo fees include Cogeco cable and the package offered us is garbage and I can’t refuse it so being held hostage why am I paying $4 monthly to rent a receiver ?

    @EklipzeEh @cogeco I agree. It happens way too often. Also, they’re saying 5:10pm for resolution.

    @cogeco This seems like a good reason that services should be run underground so you don't have to deal with stupidity, and wow 1:00 am for services to be brought back up seems a little extreme.Don't get Me wrong I know it's a thankless job, I do appreciate and hope for fast resolution.
