@cogecohelps Are you having trouble accessing channel feeds? L7L 2M7. Your Guide works fine but all channels now show the feed for a minute or less. Then a Cogeco banner on a black screen:

@neoengel I don't understand it either. When I worked on contract for EMC, we worked from home 2-3 days a week without issue. Even companies like Cogeco have at-home employees, unless you have to go out of your home to work, there's no reason for traditional office setups anymore

Never do buisness with @cogeco. They like to over charge you for equipment you returned, and cannot find the return that was processed IN STORE… 2 years ago…. #NeverAgain

@cogecohelps 4 guys in 2 trucks were changing the cables from old posts to new posts on our street. Said it was for Cogeco. Think your company needs to know what is going on in all your depts. Caused a major issue -my son works from home. Cogeco needs to advise their customers. DO BETTER!

it's crazy windy, internet is spotty, I've been having minor connectivity issues with @Cogeco since the last big storm a couple of weeks ago. I've seen installators in the area for the last week or so, hoping they're working on it. but... it's major windy today, so I can deal.
