@cogeco is there a problem with the cable in Stoney Creek?

  • 88TimE Tim Etherington (@88TimE) reported

@cogecohelps So this is Cogeco, eh? You make it impossible to disconnect services. A customer tells you they were on hold for one hour, then disconnected and your advice is "call an agent".

  • DiabetesDiablo Mongo Lloyd (@DiabetesDiablo) reported

@SadlyCatless I'm with Cogeco. Super funny though. A Bell agent came by the house trying to win us back yesterday, while Rogers was dying in a ditch somewhere. Too bad Bell lines don't function even on the best of days.

  • Newsies1 Newsies❤️ (@Newsies1) reported

@cogecohelps @cogeco They answered, heard I was trying to cancel internet (keeping cable) and then put on hold and left for 45 minutes and counting

  • kavmac kris 🏳️‍🌈 kavvy (@kavmac) reported

@DathanSmith1991 LMAO Rogers doesn’t own TekSavvy or other wholesale ISPs. They lease part of their network. The same with Bell. And Cogeco.

  • CanadaKlr KS-Canada 🇺🇦 (@CanadaKlr) reported

@ryck_nancy @cogeco Just cancelled mine. Looking for a streaming service with basic Canadian stations.

  • Moitas Marcos Moitas (@Moitas) reported

@cogeco Internet connection is down in downtown Oakville, again. What's up? Why is the service so intermittent lately?

  • tnt_trevor Trev (@tnt_trevor) reported

@JamesJoYo @cogecohelps People can't fathom the cost and amount of work it takes to provide such lines, and the fact that it's not up to cogeco to provide them, it's up to the towns, municipalities and cities they are being provided to to front that bill, so your issue should be with your local town.

  • hmarcbower H Marc Bower (@hmarcbower) reported

@cogecohelps @cogeco Hey, so I see my monthly rates are going up so you can improve your network... yet you don't seem interested in improving it in MY area... why am I subsidising people getting gig internet when I can't even get 1/6th of that?
