Not only has our internet been down every single week for the past month, today a rep. from technical support named Richard called us a liar when we complained about the service not working and they hung up.

Have had problems since installing @cogeco tried of corporations selling their products saying they are great but finding out that they are not what they claim to be. Sucked me in with a lower price. #EPICO FAILURE.
