    Cogeco operations in Burlington has let go of hundreds of employees. Teams of 15 down to 2. Managers of 20 down to 5. AI chat bots taking over. This is happening everywhere. Expect more of this over the coming 12 months.

    @ryangerritsen It took me 4 hours on the phone and 3 weeks later I finally got Cogeco to stop my service. There are rules on the books now but they have you got around and around leading nowhere. This is why we need competition up here for the 3 big suppliers to shake in their boots.

    @merry123459 Sadly, Cogeco and Bell also play their games. None are a millimetre better. Until the government wakes up and breaks them down nothing changes.

    @cogeco when you are trying to watch a show, yet, every five seconds the show freezes for 20 seconds then it starts up again, then freezes again after five seconds for another 20 seconds… Can’t wait to cancel

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Is Epico down ? None of the channels are connecting. Internet and home phone is functioning. Have reset the modem a few times already ?

    Just another day woth @cogeco but you pay through the a** for the service. No credit and misogynistic CS. " In My culture , we don't speak that way". Sorry i don't fit into your nigerian culture.

    IM SO PISSED OFF AT GITHUB the copilot they offer with no protection to users is badly corrupted! destroyed and creates viruses in my networks killed 2 modems from cogeco and 15 pcs in one go! AI is bad! it can kill us before we even realise there was a problem
