    Cogeco operations in Burlington has let go of hundreds of employees. Teams of 15 down to 2. Managers of 20 down to 5. AI chat bots taking over. This is happening everywhere. Expect more of this over the coming 12 months.

    @cogeco is saying thereโ€™s been a fibre cut in the #Burlington area and working towards a fix by 3:26 AM April 13!!!!!!!! Not good enough sons.

    @cogeco Epico is the worst technology I have ever encountered. The solution to problems is to restart or replace the unit. Itโ€™s time you admitted its failure and replace with something better.
