    For the past 6 weeks, I've been having WiFi connectivity issues that often cause my iPhone 11 to drop calls & my Internet speed to be sluggish or not work at all. I was using @cogeco as my Internet service provider & called them about 15x about this.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Thanks Amy but I can use my cell phone and a provider that delivers services to see that there is an outage myself.

    Initially told 10 minute wait to speak to tech support but coming up to 19 minutes. @cogeco you suck big time.
