  @cogecohelps Rented it through google but would have preferred big screen sound and vision. Does cogeco vod support 4k or does that require additional services.

  @cogeco @cogecohelps Looks like the outage is a DNS server problem. Easy band-aid is to hop on Google's DNS while this gets resolved.

  @cogeco As a temporary fix, hardcode 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.8.4 as your DNS servers until Cogeco fixes the issue on their end.
