What a way to start the day @cogecohelps @cogeco with of course of your internet services down yet again in Windsor, Ontario. West side. Why do you even charge, when it NEVER works. Worked last night at 11:55pm. 7:15am in a very busy work day it out

@cogecohelps Internet is back up for me in St. Catharines. Just finished a call with Cogeco service rep who said there was no outage — but clearly there was if others in the area are reporting the same issue at the same time. Perhaps Cogeco could dig a little deeper into the problem..
