@cogeco why is there been so many freakin’ outages in my area the last month?? Even if they’re in the middle of the night it’s starting to get ridiculous…its becoming a multiple times a week issue!

@cogeco get an email saying we have given you better internet at no extra cost. It’s just as ****** as before and when you call you get the same answer. Nothing wrong with modem or signal. Never get help call all the to@e and nothing.

Nice work @cogeco you are screwing us all with inflated billing rates again. Time to start shopping again because the substandard service, technology and customer service isn’t worth the rates. Ugh.

So Aug 25 @cogeco emails to say they've increased my internet speeds AT NO CHARGE bc I'm such a good customer!! 2 days later another email says my rates are going up next month. Howzzat for good customer relations eh?🤦#mixedmessaging
