    @cogecohelps It amazes me that the services you provide are not up to par either. I have really slow internet . I have to do a restart every day to try to get it back up. No, I am done talking to Cogeco. All service providers should be ashamed for gauging customers. @CRTCeng .

    Surprise! Surprise! Now #Cogeco has extended their time to have the internet back up to 3:04am. I guess when @cogeco said 10:15pm they really didn’t have a clue. This is ridiculous. My smart home is useless. Internet down over 8 hours so far.

    Incredibly frustrated with @cogeco. Changing packages, internet advertised for $64.99 on the internet but that price is only for new customers. I can’t get that price when renewing because I’m an existing customer. I’m getting penalized for already using their services???

    @cogeco @cogecohelps 2 outages in 2 days is not "fast reliable service ". Maybe I will take your sales reps suggestion and find more reliable service elsewhere.

    Even when I look online for pricing for existing customers and find a price of $94.99, the best they’ll offer me is $122.50/ month. I have Bell fibe getting installed on our street as we speak. It’s like @cogeco wants me to switch. Terrible customer service

    Thanks alot @cogeco none of my DVRs recorded the latest episode of @thegoodfight on Women's Network channel 763 and there's no re-runs available so now I have to wait a year to catch it on streaming. You did the same thing last season and I had to wait a year and a half to watch.
