Another garbage morning of superb service in Oakville from @cogecohelps Service since May 26th has been on and off. This morning another total outage, the 4th one in the past 5 days. Cogeco this is getting beyond absurd.

Hey Matt Wickham @Cogeco. Our modem is glitching constantly. You are sending a new 1 which you say will be here within 5 business days! I wanted to pick 1 up curbside in Burlington, but becuz there is an order in the system I cannot. Are you kidding? WFH is bad enuf without this

@McMasterUTS is advising of an outage with the Cogeco network switch that is causing loss of connectivity with some of @McMasterU remote sites. Sites impacted: 96, 106 and 88 Forsyth, and Canadian Martyrs school. Cogeco is working to resolve the issue. Will update once resolved.

@draglikepull If I'm in a line of sight roughly perpendicular to a wall, I can get about 10m into my yard. Wouldn't try streaming video unless within 3m though. But any angle past about 30* and concrete basement wall kills signal. Modem in basement bc Cogeco won't lay cable To new rooms.
