    @cogeco I have now wasted 2 evenings waiting for a technician to not show up. At least on Tuesday I got a phone call to cancel at the last minute.

    @cogecohelps At least you have a tv with working cable to watch the Leaf game! My HD channels including on demand stopped working last Thursday night. After a VERY long weekend a tech arrived and was able to fix problem , now ANOTHER 5 business days! Hating cogeco!

    @cogecohelps Hi Sandra, If u could please DM me w/ the best # to call. I was able to connect Cogeco, the problem was half addressed. W/ a Technician coming in on Thurs; when in this case is late&very urgent. I shouldn't be spending 3+ hours on my day off considering I'm an RN in a busy ICU.

    @cogecohelps ever since we switched to cogeco we get the best intermittent service that just disconnects completely for no reason. It's super. Love it.

    @cogeco what is up with service outages today in Georgetown/Halron Hills? I get there was a storm yesterday, but what is the cause for the outage today? Itโ€™s just came back, but was out for over an hour.

    @cogeco down now 36 hours. Internet down but cogeco says, "having an issue go to cogeco online" . How idiotic. Requested technical support(#5) but after 3 minute message..." customer service is closed" with a quick hang up. No cs during outage??? @crtc

    I donโ€™t usually go on here to promote products but if you ever want internet that works sometimes and is out at least once a week then @cogeco is your guy I give them 6/7 stars, which is totally fair as their service only works 6/7 days

    @cogeco @cogecohelps terribly disappointed with the manner in which customer is treated by the so-called Loyalty team. I would not recommend anyone taking Cogecoโ€™s internet!
