    @cogecohelps Hi Sandra, If u could please DM me w/ the best # to call. I was able to connect Cogeco, the problem was half addressed. W/ a Technician coming in on Thurs; when in this case is late&very urgent. I shouldn't be spending 3+ hours on my day off considering I'm an RN in a busy ICU.

    @cogeco I have now wasted 2 evenings waiting for a technician to not show up. At least on Tuesday I got a phone call to cancel at the last minute.

    @cogecohelps ever since we switched to cogeco we get the best intermittent service that just disconnects completely for no reason. It's super. Love it.

    @cogecohelps At least you have a tv with working cable to watch the Leaf game! My HD channels including on demand stopped working last Thursday night. After a VERY long weekend a tech arrived and was able to fix problem , now ANOTHER 5 business days! Hating cogeco!

    Iโ€™m on hold trying to get an @cogeco technical issue resolved. Not only are there no humans to pick up the call, but the recorded messages they play while on hold are computer generated and mis-pronounce both โ€œwi-fiโ€ and the name of the company itself. Itโ€™s bizarre and awful.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps epico boxes still suck. Can't even stream their own 4K channels without regular choppiness. And it's not the signal. I can stream 4K on the tv apps no problem.

    @peggy_blair Itโ€™s ridiculous. Like when I called Cogeco to negotiate a better deal - I was told the advertised rates were only for new customers. So I became an former customer and switched to Bell now that bill is going through the roof. I donโ€™t want to play this game ๐Ÿ˜ก Just stop gouging me

    Cogeco is hands down the worst telecom monopoly in Canada. They pay employees poorly and charge exorbitant rates that rise every few months. **** the Competition Bureau, the Ontario labour minister, and **** this company.

    @cogecohelps we are now in the middle of the 3rd outage weโ€™ve had today since noon hour. Whatโ€™s going on? I pay $40/month for a Rogers mifi to back up my Cogeco internet when it goes out!

    @cogecohelps I don't let anyone push me around but I push back with a custom-made style that's "Deadpool meets Downton Abbey", Jodi. I even have a service award for it. #Cogeco
