I was able to connect Cogeco, the problem was half addressed. W/ a Technician coming in on Thurs; when in this case is late&very urgent. I shouldn't be spending 3+ hours on my day off considering I'm an RN in a busy ICU.

Steve Hayman (@shayman) reported from Trafalgar, OntarioCogeco dropping TSN Go is a minor thing but it bugs me. Researching internet options ... 2 blocks away from my house - in a new development - Bell offers 1.5 Gbps fiber service. Here, Bell only offers 50 Mbps. Grrr.

My HD channels including on demand stopped working last Thursday night. After a VERY long weekend a tech arrived and was able to fix problem , now ANOTHER 5 business days! Hating cogeco!

When connected he was not able to locate the Account Info for 30 mins. Provided every Personal Info and Modem Info, only to be hung up on. Absolutely disgusting and beyond unprofessional !!!!

Torontonian (@YYZ2YGK) reported@cogeco There is no patience from me Camille. Our service was working and is now out again. As I said in a previous post, I will be calling Cogeco tomorrow to see when my contract is up and promptly switching out. Cogeco service is amateurish at best.

Been a customer for 25+ years and still have to make the annual call to get the bill and rate adjusted to latest promo. Such a bad business practice! I'd stay with them if the upload speed wasn't the same as I was getting in 2001....... I can't remote into my home pc or pull files from my own NAS because it's brutal slow and useless.
