    @cogecohelps Hi Sandra, If u could please DM me w/ the best # to call. I was able to connect Cogeco, the problem was half addressed. W/ a Technician coming in on Thurs; when in this case is late&very urgent. I shouldn't be spending 3+ hours on my day off considering I'm an RN in a busy ICU.

    @cogeco it amazes me that you can get through to sales within seconds but end up on hold to cancel one of three services. Your website for self serve Epico premium internet has been down for days. It seems easier to switch to @Bell?

    @cogeco @cogecohelps It is utterly frustrating to have internet issues in Milton - Beaty Neighbourhood, EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! So difficult to be able to work like this. We tried all, restarts, etc. No Solutions

    @cogecohelps ever since we switched to cogeco we get the best intermittent service that just disconnects completely for no reason. It's super. Love it.

    @cogecohelps "vs. the few that actually use it" sort of describes 90% of the channels I currently get on my Cogeco package and never watch. Am already paying for both high speed Internet, and TSN; I'm disappointed you can't make this work.

    @cogecohelps Bell, Rogers, Telus, Shaw, and a dozen others are all prepared to provide the @TSN_Sports Go service to their customers; I'm disappointed Cogeco won't.

    @cogecohelps At least you have a tv with working cable to watch the Leaf game! My HD channels including on demand stopped working last Thursday night. After a VERY long weekend a tech arrived and was able to fix problem , now ANOTHER 5 business days! Hating cogeco!

    There is a reported internet issue along Steeles Avenue. Cogeco says it could last up to two hours as the technician works to solve the problem.

    Cogeco dropping TSN Go is a minor thing but it bugs me. Researching internet options ... 2 blocks away from my house - in a new development - Bell offers 1.5 Gbps fiber service. Here, Bell only offers 50 Mbps. Grrr.

    @cogeco Thatโ€™s good advice but not everyone has a Smart TV. Itโ€™s a backward way to go about it. Much better if Cogeco fixes the problem at its source.

    @cogeco I have now wasted 2 evenings waiting for a technician to not show up. At least on Tuesday I got a phone call to cancel at the last minute.

    @cogeco Just spent 1 hour trying to get ahold of Technical Support. When connected he was not able to locate the Account Info for 30 mins. Provided every Personal Info and Modem Info, only to be hung up on. Absolutely disgusting and beyond unprofessional !!!!

    @cogecohelps @cogeco PLEASE help me my modems gateway is in a continuous boot loop and the power adapter light is also flashing. I believe the power supply or modem is faulty. Support wonโ€™t help because thereโ€™s an outage Iโ€™m my area but itโ€™s been all day this has been happening

And I am happy to see that your instincts mostly checkout :) : $QBR-B: ๐ŸŸข OPTIMAL | Quality 85, Opportunity 80. P/FFO 8.7x, ND/EBITDA 2.9x, 11.8% dividend CAGR. The model loves this one - Quality 85 is significantly higher than BCE (57) or Telus (58). The 2.2% yield is light, but total shareholder yield is 3.79% with buybacks. $CCA: ๐ŸŸ  CAUTION | Quality 45, Opportunity 70. Yield 6.38%, P/FFO 1.5x. The $2.2B impairment on the U.S. segment (Breezeline) is flagged as a permanent structural problem, not temporary. The algorithm sees the value but doesn't trust the moat. The BCE management trust point is well taken. "The dividend is safe" โ†’ 42% cut a year later is exactly the kind of credibility gap no quantitative model captures.     @cogeco Won't fall for CS who decided not to refund me. I am documenting it all as instructed by the RECORDED agent (prior), stating refunds issued when service issue call is made asap. ISSUES ARE DAILY. @CRTCeng

    @CogecoAide @CRTCeng .Had to call๐Ÿ˜ฅ due to outage. Me; @cogeco says no outage. Rep; There are outages! Me; How will I know when it's 'really' up?". Rep; modem 'might' come back on properly. If not, reboot it. Spend day rebooting due to inaccurate reports? Rebooted 2x in 4hrs=na
