Steve Hayman (@shayman) reported from Trafalgar, OntarioCogeco dropping TSN Go is a minor thing but it bugs me. Researching internet options ... 2 blocks away from my house - in a new development - Bell offers 1.5 Gbps fiber service. Here, Bell only offers 50 Mbps. Grrr.

When connected he was not able to locate the Account Info for 30 mins. Provided every Personal Info and Modem Info, only to be hung up on. Absolutely disgusting and beyond unprofessional !!!!

My HD channels including on demand stopped working last Thursday night. After a VERY long weekend a tech arrived and was able to fix problem , now ANOTHER 5 business days! Hating cogeco!

I was able to connect Cogeco, the problem was half addressed. W/ a Technician coming in on Thurs; when in this case is late&very urgent. I shouldn't be spending 3+ hours on my day off considering I'm an RN in a busy ICU.

Steve Hayman (@shayman) reported from Trafalgar, Ontario@cogecohelps "vs. the few that actually use it" sort of describes 90% of the channels I currently get on my Cogeco package and never watch. Am already paying for both high speed Internet, and TSN; I'm disappointed you can't make this work.

Cogeco gave us 50$ for the same thing. Bell has better infrastructure but if a new customer goes to get their 1Gbs it only costs about 60$. Both have discount brands
