@cogecohelps Thank you this was weirdess outage ever. This morning all back. Something went on locally in Kingston. Being in our 80s as seniors w/no house phone it was disturbing. Thankfully I got LTE on my cell phone. For hours husband kept calling Cogeco wait time 10 min gave up aft 1 hr.

@cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!

@peggy_blair i switched to rogers from cogeco, rogers was $50/mo and the rep said, "hang on. let me see if i can get you a better deal before you leave." she came back & said, "we can give you the same service for $49.99". i laughed & laughed & still switched. they're all the same. ugh
