    @ekiledjian @cogecohelps @cogeco Yes I got this on my phone.. but not on my TV.. it went black or blacked out.. this isn't the first time Cogeco dropped the ball on emergency/amber alerts..

    @cogecohelps @cogeco ok what's happening in Kingston? #ygk not getting very many channels getting lots of S0900 or S0600 lots of sports programming not available pls fix.. and yes I did a hard reboot to be announced is still on even 2 hours later ie no menu

    @cogecohelps Thank you this was weirdess outage ever. This morning all back. Something went on locally in Kingston. Being in our 80s as seniors w/no house phone it was disturbing. Thankfully I got LTE on my cell phone. For hours husband kept calling Cogeco wait time 10 min gave up aft 1 hr.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco Thank you we may but it is I am sure CBC or Cogeo issue. We have watched since 12:30 till just now at 2:43. A commercial came on and was breaking up and now the news feed is back to being garbled and breaking up. It depends on which camera and or feed.

    For some time now CBC news on channel 765 with Cogeco is annoying. Is it Cogeco or CBC. Constantly breaking up. The remote address by Ford right now is terrible. Can hardly understand 3 words in a row. Even from the main feed today during news it was breaking up.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco @TELUS Every thing fine on cable service no interruption there it's either the cellular network and/or internet having an interruption.. all seems to be ok for now

    @cogeco this is insane smh i am on my 4th call of the day for a total of 3.5 hours i cant get anyone from tech support , i can`t watch nothing my internet is either to slow to play anything or it just cuts out completely this has been going on since yesterday

    Anything happen affecting the Kawartha Lakes region? My entire network is down and on top of that, customer support numbers don't work and account logins are unoperative as well. @cogeco

    @cogeco down now 36 hours. Internet down but cogeco says, "having an issue go to cogeco online" . How idiotic. Requested technical support(#5) but after 3 minute message..." customer service is closed" with a quick hang up. No cs during outage??? @crtc

And I am happy to see that your instincts mostly checkout :) : $QBR-B: 🟢 OPTIMAL | Quality 85, Opportunity 80. P/FFO 8.7x, ND/EBITDA 2.9x, 11.8% dividend CAGR. The model loves this one - Quality 85 is significantly higher than BCE (57) or Telus (58). The 2.2% yield is light, but total shareholder yield is 3.79% with buybacks. $CCA: 🟠 CAUTION | Quality 45, Opportunity 70. Yield 6.38%, P/FFO 1.5x. The $2.2B impairment on the U.S. segment (Breezeline) is flagged as a permanent structural problem, not temporary. The algorithm sees the value but doesn't trust the moat. The BCE management trust point is well taken. "The dividend is safe" → 42% cut a year later is exactly the kind of credibility gap no quantitative model captures.     @SarahTreadaway @cogecohelps Seems to be a wide outage. Cogeco pretty much never acknowledges them either, on X or their website. Down for many in Petawawa after asking a few people in town.

    @cogeco Some of you would remember this from when I lost my **** because of cable bill and others I lost over 1,345 from my bank account being on low income I had to go and ask around for us polices where backing me up not TD police even said closed your bank account many had problems
