Being in our 80s as seniors w/no house phone it was disturbing. Thankfully I got LTE on my cell phone. For hours husband kept calling Cogeco wait time 10 min gave up aft 1 hr.

The remote address by Ford right now is terrible. Can hardly understand 3 words in a row. Even from the main feed today during news it was breaking up.
