Hey folks - just want to let you know that Bell is offering no commitment month to month options at prices WAY better than Cogeco! Even if Cogeco offers you a savings be careful. They will TRY to impose a fee if you cancel later. Bad Customer Service for long term clients.

@cogeco #CogecoSucks my lovely Cogeco internet went down Saturday July 24th. That outage cost me 6 figures. This is absolute bullshit. Garbage service.

@cogecohelps hey, really disappointed in your customer service and internet provision period. With the number of people working from home you would think Cogeco would be better. Cancels a service appointment and doesn’t call to inform the customer. You should be ashamed.
