Our technicians have been dispatched and are working diligently to resolve as soon as possible. Since 911 calling may be affected, please ensure you have access to a secondary phone for emergencies.   Hey @cogeco thanks for the repeated emergency warnings that I can't shut off. Put it at the bottom of the screen. Don't cut out the channels entirely. Not aure why it comes through your service and not my cell.

  @cogecohelps I have unable to reliably work from home. My children have been unable to watch tv or stream. I missed a great tennis match. We said many times that it must be an issue in our area and cogeco insists it’s not.
