    @BNNBloomberg Interesting as @cogeco internet service has been sporadic for the last month or more. Cogeco informed customers that “the root cause of the outages were connected to a broader, external issue not exclusive to Cogeco”. Given the profits, a service level agreement might help.

    @orr51 @cogeco @cogecohelps Yup - getting tired of this. Called in last night and was told this would be fixed ‘shortly’. Same issue tonight. Of course all worked fine last week when free.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco, our internet in North Burlington is down again and all of sudden on your website is showing that you have planned maintenance for next 4 hours? If it was planned why did you not make us aware of it ahead of time? Will it be really 4hrs?
