@cogeco @cogecohelps I have 4 boxes. The 3 that were on this morning are not working. The one that was off is working for now. I moved it to our main tv to watch football. The solution here is to pay for more boxes ;)

@cogeco Is the increase in rates starting February going to address how poor of a product Epico is? Live games are always in a 30-35 second delayed and last night the images were quite choppy. Not a great product, but stuck with it! It's a shame because the internet is not bad.
