Iβve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!

Dom (@Dom_Posts) reported@MinorityFinge @blunt_always @andyalbertan Bell and Cogeco don't over charge new customers, they charge less than most US providers. They simply do. The only issue Canada has with telecom, is that there is nothing to stop them from increasing that price on existing customers unless it's a contract price freeze deal

Kris (@oiler3535) reported@cogeco @cogecohelps epico boxes still suck. Can't even stream their own 4K channels without regular choppiness. And it's not the signal. I can stream 4K on the tv apps no problem.

Dan D'Alessandro (@ddalessandro) reported@cogeco #cogeco one hour on hold to Cogeco. My Mother in law reached them mid Feb and they never followed up or call back. So im trying to help her. This isnβt customer service. Should have sold yourself if this is what you would become. Just terrible!
