@cogeco Happy Father's Day but can't watch the U.S. Open due to technical issues. Thanks. Waiting for my refund for lack of service for today but not holding my breath. Rather than an apology, Cogeco needs to do better!

@cogeco @cogecohelps so yet another outage and no updates or info. Hard to run a home business when cogecos service drops so often and the customer service is about as reliable.

@cogeco Has this happen to us in Chatham. The online tech support was not willing to help at all. Shut the chat before asking if there was anything else to help with. All he would do is send out a new box instead of investigating the issue.

Cogeco absolutely dropping the ******* ball. Been out of internet since construction workers split the line on Friday morning, and now they cancelled the appointment to fix it and moved it to 5-8pm tomorrow. What a ******* joke of a company.
