**** @cogeco is the biggest garbage internet connection I’ve ever had.. I can’t believe I’ve continued to pay for your services for so long.. Definitely don’t recommend this shitty garbage company. Trying to call and cancel my services but wait time is 1hr😂

@cogeco guys, you MUST update your website for the outage. The phone IVR tells you there is an outage but nowhere online does it mention. As a former Cogeco employee, this is an ongoing issue that still hasn't been fixed since my tenure.
