@cogecohelps Over the past 3 weeks, I have had 3s-6s Page load times on a 1gbps subscription. Switching to google's DNS made these pages load instantly. I realize this is not your fault, but please get someone to fix Cogeco's DNS. My LTE mobile hotspot loads pages faster.

@cogeco I’m frustrated. Missed work today due to no internet. Called support 3x now have to wait another 48 hours before a service rep can come. My modem was just replaced 1.5 months ago!

@cogecohelps The guide is usually wrong about info on a lot of movies and spelling errors but we love the ID CHANNEL and like to bookmark a head but we can't do this because it's showing shows for a another channel cogeco guide needs help with whoever is in charge

Hey @cogeco @cogecohelps, I was told by a technician yesterday that I'd have a new router if mine had issues (which it does) & today when the technician came, there was no router in hand & here I am now paying full price for a service that isn't working properly.
