    From Cogeco We are currently repairing an outage impacting all services in some cities across Ontario. Our technicians have been dispatched and are working diligently to resolve as soon as possible. Since 911 calling may be affected, please ensure you have access to a secondary phone for emergencies.     @ArfinNathaniel @cogeco Maybe that wasn't an Air cooled DC, maybe it was bigger than what's proposed, but these things create a lot of light pollution and noise pollution, so I think people are right to be concerned if they're being built close enough for that to become an issue for the residents
