@cogeco provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not only has our internet been down every single week for the past month, today a rep. from technical support named Richard called us a liar when we complained about the service not working and they hung up.

@cogecohelps Does Cogeco allow me to purchase my own modem? My Hitron CODA-4589 is pretty terrible. For about the 20th time, the password to access the router has been changed somehow. I need to put it in bridged mode 'again' to bypass the terrible wifi and lan with my own router

@cogeco It's less of a problem for people like me with at least some comfort with how technology works; for people like my (senior-aged) parents, it's much, much worse and just aggravates them to no bloody end. And guess who always has to fix it... Until the next time. Ad infinitum.

yup..I called it..landlord sueing Cogeco for drilling that small hole w/o consent..what a total pos this guy is!! hope L&TB takes this b.s into consideration of what a total ******* he is!!

@cogecohelps I spend over an hour and a half on hold. Only to have your loyalty support person hang up on me. I guess Cogeco doesn’t want my business anymore. 20 year customer means nothing to you.
