    @cogecohelps At least you have a tv with working cable to watch the Leaf game! My HD channels including on demand stopped working last Thursday night. After a VERY long weekend a tech arrived and was able to fix problem , now ANOTHER 5 business days! Hating cogeco!

    @cogecohelps Hi Sandra, If u could please DM me w/ the best # to call. I was able to connect Cogeco, the problem was half addressed. W/ a Technician coming in on Thurs; when in this case is late&very urgent. I shouldn't be spending 3+ hours on my day off considering I'm an RN in a busy ICU.

    @cogecohelps ever since we switched to cogeco we get the best intermittent service that just disconnects completely for no reason. It's super. Love it.

    @cogeco I have now wasted 2 evenings waiting for a technician to not show up. At least on Tuesday I got a phone call to cancel at the last minute.

    @cogecohelps @cogeco what is going on, your internet keeps dropping completely off every hour it seems rendering everything I do useless, and itโ€™s not a problem with my router as it says โ€œconnected, no internetโ€ itโ€™s getting really annoying as this has been happening for a while.

    @AnthonyLacavera @MobileSyrup It's regional and has to seen beyond bellybutton lint in ON or BC. Videotron in QC, Cogeco in the East. Shaw formerly centre. Telus West. Robellus somewhat majority of larger urban centres. Down to Robell when merger completes.

    @cogeco Why does epico show the local weather for niagara on channel 268. Perhaps coegco should contact the weather network to have this fixed.

    Access to email is by using phone data. Iโ€™ve troubleshooted twice with Cogeco support and they keep โ€œputting in a new ticketโ€ because they canโ€™t figure it out. Do we need to go with a different Internet provider? 2/2
