    @cogecohelps At least you have a tv with working cable to watch the Leaf game! My HD channels including on demand stopped working last Thursday night. After a VERY long weekend a tech arrived and was able to fix problem , now ANOTHER 5 business days! Hating cogeco!

    @cogeco I have now wasted 2 evenings waiting for a technician to not show up. At least on Tuesday I got a phone call to cancel at the last minute.

    @cogecohelps ever since we switched to cogeco we get the best intermittent service that just disconnects completely for no reason. It's super. Love it.

    @cogecohelps Hi Sandra, If u could please DM me w/ the best # to call. I was able to connect Cogeco, the problem was half addressed. W/ a Technician coming in on Thurs; when in this case is late&very urgent. I shouldn't be spending 3+ hours on my day off considering I'm an RN in a busy ICU.

    @cogeco itโ€™s really hard to stay a customer when your services are going down every month. Yet again, your website says a fibre line was cut in my neighbourhood and the ETA for repair is over eight hours away.This is ridiculous. It happens too often for it to be an accident.

    @thisisgrazie @cogeco @Bell I would call "Loyalty", dept and discuss it They're great. It's also handy to make a note for a month before your 2 year deal ends to remind you to renew another deal on time Just a tip from another customer.

    @cogeco Cogeco is a disgrace, & I will be getting at least 50% of of my 9 months service , back when they hear how I was spoken to on the phone. Lies & misogyny.

    @cogeco Will be calling Cogeco shortly to find out when my plan ends. Being with Cogeco has been a nightmare, saving a little bit of money each month isnโ€™t worth the aggravation. Cogeco ALWAYS seems to be down for one reason or another.

    @cogeco Donโ€™t go here we have an outage at out place after being connected 24 hours ago bad fibre line. Fix yaaaaa right wait two weeks and they may have soemone out to fix IT. STAY AWAY

    @cogeco not just cancelling the Cogeco mobile, I'm helping Cogeco by cancelling my internet service too... now cogeco won't ever have to worry about me again, problem solved
