My HD channels including on demand stopped working last Thursday night. After a VERY long weekend a tech arrived and was able to fix problem , now ANOTHER 5 business days! Hating cogeco!

I was able to connect Cogeco, the problem was half addressed. W/ a Technician coming in on Thurs; when in this case is late&very urgent. I shouldn't be spending 3+ hours on my day off considering I'm an RN in a busy ICU.

The price is getting ridiculous, they give you offers say its good for so long but no not true. should not have to keep calling to adjust. Loyal customer for years but time to move on.

If they come to your door and you tell them your not interested they will still go through their pitch. I can tell you I will never go cogeco.

The call is because of the Cogeco creep, every few months the bill goes up! Is there better service, obviously not. Loosing channels but prices keep going up. So damn frustrating!!

I refuse to pay for cable, I have antenna tv, use locally owned internet provider with awesome service & a streaming service. These companies don't care about you.

Charles (@lloyder1971) reported@cogeco bunch of thieves. Called today to cancel our motherโs cable as sheโs been in hospital over 2 months and is never coming home. Apartment is empty but because she canโt call herself sheโs had to pay still. She canโt ******* talk. #cogecothieves
