@cogecohelps At least you have a tv with working cable to watch the Leaf game! My HD channels including on demand stopped working last Thursday night. After a VERY long weekend a tech arrived and was able to fix problem , now ANOTHER 5 business days! Hating cogeco!

@cogeco I have now wasted 2 evenings waiting for a technician to not show up. At least on Tuesday I got a phone call to cancel at the last minute.

@cogecohelps ever since we switched to cogeco we get the best intermittent service that just disconnects completely for no reason. It's super. Love it.

@cogecohelps Hi cogeco, this issue is still happening this morning and has been happening for about 5 days now. Random drop in internet connection for a quick second. Same thing happened last year around this time for 3 months before it was resolved

@AlfredShamaon @cogeco Lucky!!!! Nothing here. Just spent an hour on hold for someone to tell us their aware of the outage and it won't be back until 4:30am. Funny how they know about the outage but their site says other wise.

@draglikepull If I'm in a line of sight roughly perpendicular to a wall, I can get about 10m into my yard. Wouldn't try streaming video unless within 3m though. But any angle past about 30* and concrete basement wall kills signal. Modem in basement bc Cogeco won't lay cable To new rooms.
