    @cogecohelps At least you have a tv with working cable to watch the Leaf game! My HD channels including on demand stopped working last Thursday night. After a VERY long weekend a tech arrived and was able to fix problem , now ANOTHER 5 business days! Hating cogeco!

    @cogecohelps ever since we switched to cogeco we get the best intermittent service that just disconnects completely for no reason. It's super. Love it.

    @cogeco I have now wasted 2 evenings waiting for a technician to not show up. At least on Tuesday I got a phone call to cancel at the last minute.

    @cogecohelps Hi Sandra, If u could please DM me w/ the best # to call. I was able to connect Cogeco, the problem was half addressed. W/ a Technician coming in on Thurs; when in this case is late&very urgent. I shouldn't be spending 3+ hours on my day off considering I'm an RN in a busy ICU.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Is Epico down ? None of the channels are connecting. Internet and home phone is functioning. Have reset the modem a few times already ?

    Update. After over 2 days without service it has been restored. Apparently another Cogeco tech physically cut the connection to their terminal box. How does that happen and why could your system not detect it? Finally, when will I be refunded?

    @cogeco @cityburlington @cogeco โ€” you guys officially have the worst customer support in the market. My bill jumped from $70 to $140 because my โ€œpromotion ended.โ€ Even in the worst case, $140 for 1 Gbps is robbery.

    Hey @cogeco ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ฆ You are by far the worst internet provider out there. Iโ€™ve had no internet or cable for over 24 hours now, and your service has become completely unreliable time and time again. After this, Iโ€™ll be switching to @Starlink. Thanks for making the decision easy ๐Ÿ‘

    @telMAX_Inc I just lost internet and telephone service because of your fibre installation crew (@AeconGroupInc). Not impressed. @cogeco are sending a technician on Friday. Today is Tuesday. Unimpressed with the lot of you. 3 of my neighbours have had the same experience.

    @KNugent4118 @Rogers @RogersHelps We have had Rogers for cell service for almost 24 years but left Bell for Cogeco for internet. I wish I could say Iโ€™m happy with either one. Make sure they credit you for time and services lost.
