    @cogecohelps At least you have a tv with working cable to watch the Leaf game! My HD channels including on demand stopped working last Thursday night. After a VERY long weekend a tech arrived and was able to fix problem , now ANOTHER 5 business days! Hating cogeco!

    @cogecohelps Hi Sandra, If u could please DM me w/ the best # to call. I was able to connect Cogeco, the problem was half addressed. W/ a Technician coming in on Thurs; when in this case is late&very urgent. I shouldn't be spending 3+ hours on my day off considering I'm an RN in a busy ICU.

    @cogeco I have now wasted 2 evenings waiting for a technician to not show up. At least on Tuesday I got a phone call to cancel at the last minute.

    @cogecohelps ever since we switched to cogeco we get the best intermittent service that just disconnects completely for no reason. It's super. Love it.

    @cogecohelps @ReneeMMcDonald #cogeco we are not happy either. Will we all be credited for the outage? There was "no outage" in your area on the web. well, no that isn't correct.

    @cogeco Still no service. We should all be seeing an adjustment on our bill due to this prolonged service interruption…especially on a Sunday.

    All the CFL fans served by @cogeco cable are hooped. TV service has been put all day. No Grey Cup on TV.

    @cogecohelps - is Cogeco Cory anywhere to be found? I have called in half a dozen times four of those times it says the number is not connected and the other two I got hung up on. I was also disconnected from my “chat” with “customer service” online after waiting close to an hour

    @cogeco @cogecohelps I have 4 boxes. The 3 that were on this morning are not working. The one that was off is working for now. I moved it to our main tv to watch football. The solution here is to pay for more boxes ;)

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Completely unacceptable!! I can understand an hour or two but all day is unacceptable!! I have elderly parents who rely on television. Switched from Bell to this???? I understand technology fails but this is beyond fail. As of 6:33, no TV.
