    @cogecohelps ever since we switched to cogeco we get the best intermittent service that just disconnects completely for no reason. It's super. Love it.

    @cogeco I have now wasted 2 evenings waiting for a technician to not show up. At least on Tuesday I got a phone call to cancel at the last minute.

    @cogecohelps Hi Sandra, If u could please DM me w/ the best # to call. I was able to connect Cogeco, the problem was half addressed. W/ a Technician coming in on Thurs; when in this case is late&very urgent. I shouldn't be spending 3+ hours on my day off considering I'm an RN in a busy ICU.

    @cogecohelps At least you have a tv with working cable to watch the Leaf game! My HD channels including on demand stopped working last Thursday night. After a VERY long weekend a tech arrived and was able to fix problem , now ANOTHER 5 business days! Hating cogeco!

    @wallygator23 @cogecohelps @cogeco I understand problems happen that are out of their control, but itโ€™s the lack of communication (down website, no costumer service) that gets to me because theyve had time to correct it since the last big outage!

    @xassassinsswef @cogeco It must be pretty bad, none of their websites are working either. Read somewhere a fiber cable has been cut but not sure if that's true.

    I cancelled my internet service after my contract ended, yet you charged me a $75 early cancellation fee in violation of CRTC rules. I emailed you, but you ignored me. Is this how you treat your customers? @cogeco

    @MamaStyles77 @cogeco Cogeco mobile has only been offered to existing Internet customers. Mom has their Internet but does not want cell plan. Besides if Cogeco service is offline, so is our home phone. Another reason to have cell plan with different provider.

    9 hours this week alone on hold as a terminally ill customer.Complaints made to @CCTS_CPRST and @CRTCeng About Cogeco mobile.Their licence to operate should be removed. How Iโ€™ve been treated for 4 months is disgusting. I want my 4 months of money back .My 25 hours of time back

    @cogeco we have had pretty much no internet for the most two months. have called cogeco numerous times. Changed modems. Paid network specialistโ€™s to come to the house and we still have no internet. Same with others on our street. Yet cogeco does nothing and offers nothing.
