    @cogecohelps Hi Sandra, If u could please DM me w/ the best # to call. I was able to connect Cogeco, the problem was half addressed. W/ a Technician coming in on Thurs; when in this case is late&very urgent. I shouldn't be spending 3+ hours on my day off considering I'm an RN in a busy ICU.

    @cogecohelps ever since we switched to cogeco we get the best intermittent service that just disconnects completely for no reason. It's super. Love it.

    @cogecohelps At least you have a tv with working cable to watch the Leaf game! My HD channels including on demand stopped working last Thursday night. After a VERY long weekend a tech arrived and was able to fix problem , now ANOTHER 5 business days! Hating cogeco!

    @cogeco I have now wasted 2 evenings waiting for a technician to not show up. At least on Tuesday I got a phone call to cancel at the last minute.

    @mscranny @kwebber14 @cogeco Bell is bottom of the barrel slop. The slowest and least reliable wifi in Canada hands down. Iโ€™ve tried every wifi in my area and Cogeco has been the best besides all these dumb outages

    @kwebber14 @cogeco My neighbour is elderly and very stressed. She has only had a cell fir a year but her family members talked her into removing her landline. I'm keeping an eye on her, checking on her regularily. This should never happen. We aren't in a war zone, a Corp. must always have back-up.

    @cogeco Switched to a business account. Letโ€™s see if thisn works out so far much better customer service and being a staellite office they took it way more serious. Their residential department suuuuucks

    @CogecoAide @CRTCeng .Had to call๐Ÿ˜ฅ due to outage. Me; @cogeco says no outage. Rep; There are outages! Me; How will I know when it's 'really' up?". Rep; modem 'might' come back on properly. If not, reboot it. Spend day rebooting due to inaccurate reports? Rebooted 2x in 4hrs=na

    @CanadasLeafs @LeafsPassion85 Bell & Rogers are my only 2 real choices where I'm at. I hate both of them. If I had the option to get Telus, I'd never, ever get Rogers or Bell again. I'd even take Cogeco over both of them. But, I really want Telus to come to Atlantic Canada.

    @justin_sens @Johnny_Tins @SteveOnSens Virgin and Cogeco respectively but have spent numerous unfortunate years with both Rogers and Bell as my phone service provider
