@cogeco internet is out again today on Silverdale dr Huntsville Ontario. I believe the the problem is from Aspdin Rd lots of tree on line from a couple of Kms from storm last week.

@cogecohelps according to the cogeco reported outages site, my area outage was reported at 10:54am, and the resolution estimate just got pushed back until 4pm. This is the same outage from last night

@cogecohelps @cogeco I've sent plenty of DMs, the problem either doesn't exist or is being caused by our hardware (even though I'm plugged directly into the modem). Just tired of being given the run around so I've called some other providers to see what they can offer

Thanks for the reccs on new ISPs. Cogeco is horrible and I just got off one of the most insulting customer service calls I've ever made. Holy god I know they have a script but just be a human being and tell the truth.
