  @peggy_blair Freedom calls with offers, even when it lowers my bill & better plan. When Cogeco increased, I checked site and got the best offer for 20 months for the same service. I called Rogers for my parents and lowered their bill by $60+. Calling and asking seems to helps us.

  I spend more time on the phone with @cogeco these days than people from my own family. @cogeco sucks. Do better
