@McclaskinAshley @cogeco Youre gonna have to switch to bell or rogers. Cogeco isn't going to get their act together. They take your money and give you horrible service. You will constantly have this issue if you stay with them.

@geoffburnside @Bell @Bell_Support have you changed your DNS from the cogeco default? apparently that fixed the last outage
