@cogeco @cogecohelps Can u explain why my in-laws home was the only house on the street without service during the outage while their next door neighbours beside them and across the street with Cogeco had service???? Doesn’t make sense.

So my actual Cogeco box doesn't work but I can sign into the Epico app on my TVs and phone. So what's the point of the damn box???

@cogeco Set top box is still out. Seriously, a day and a half. Yes, I've reset it multiple times and even reset my modem, hoping it would find a signal.
