And I can't even reach you on the phone, or I'd be asking there. It's pretty gross service... Feels disrespectful.

John Bugailiskis (@John_Bug) reportedUpdate. After over 2 days without service it has been restored. Apparently another Cogeco tech physically cut the connection to their terminal box. How does that happen and why could your system not detect it? Finally, when will I be refunded?
