@cogeco @cogecohelps Why is dealing with your internet tech support worse then getting a root canal. Called because no internet access come to find out my modem was deactivated in error and could be reactivated but tech support could not bind the modem

Thanks @cogeco - goddamn box didn't load #AEWAllOut so, Yup, I'm missing the ******* show. Dad was on the phone twice with Tech Support and so far nothing. 🤬

@cogeco Have a problem here. Have cable access, but very few channels in my digital box and none with the adapter for the tv in my bedroom. On the box I get 49, 52, 205 and 426. Nothing else for the 20 or so channels I tried. Everything sort of died around 1 am
