    @cogecohelps Why are you making this so hard? I live a hour and half from Detroit. I want to get the Detroit feed every night. Cogeco for some reason never puts on the Detroit feed. I know it is not Rogers's fault. The one night I complained. Cogeco during the game flipped to the Detroit feed

    @ManyBeenRinsed I cancelled with Cogeco when they increased our bill without any notification last month. Internet performance was awful a lot of the times leading up to the increase

    @cogeco you don't have a phone number anymore for technical support? It has been a week I have rebooted the modem three times. I am paying for one gigabyte per second service, but the damn thing is not working at all. It just keeps on stalling all the time.

    @cogeco. Holy ****! They call me telling me I owe them money. Been with them for a little over a month. I have to tell them I’ll call them back. I check with my bank. Yes I paid 4 days ago. I call them back. They advise me to call them each time I pay from my bank account! πŸ™„

    Cogeco operations in Burlington has let go of hundreds of employees. Teams of 15 down to 2. Managers of 20 down to 5. AI chat bots taking over. This is happening everywhere. Expect more of this over the coming 12 months.
