Sean Leckie (@leckie_sean) reported@Menagerieof22 "keep" -- I'm employed by a TPIA that serves these lines. This is the first time fibre has been cut in that area in the course of the time I've worked for them. I rarely see issues in Pembroke/Petawawa. My advice is to work with Cogeco as it's likely isolated to you.
