    Trying to make changes to the servers so if I disconnect it won't boot people it will just keep going when I reconnect. cogeco has some major problems.

    @pawprints1986 @TekSavvyCSR They told me it's an outage. Cogeco is down, too, so they probably have to wait for them to fix something infrastructure

    @cogeco This is heartbreaking. I wish I still lived in Windsor so I could drop some coffee/hot chocolate off for the techs that have to fix this. Patching fiber is *NOT* fun, especially in the cold.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps I'm sorry this happened. I hope the vandal is caught. I have connection but it seems to go out intermittently here in South Windsor, Grand Marais and Rockwell area. You didn't say what area of the city this is affecting, is this the issue in my area?

    @cogecohelps Internet is back up for me in St. Catharines. Just finished a call with Cogeco service rep who said there was no outage — but clearly there was if others in the area are reporting the same issue at the same time. Perhaps Cogeco could dig a little deeper into the problem..

    @cogecohelps @PunkChildP @cogeco Ya. U simply not knowing when services will be back online is kinda ruining everything for me over here. I have no information on when I’m expect to be back at work. Cuz u can’t provide any info. Make some calls, find out how far along technicians are with this problem. Plz

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Any word if this might be fixed before 3pm? Obviously people are working now but just curious, I know no eta but just curious as outage map says 11am but got a text saying you’d let people know if resolved before 9 :S kind of mixed msging

    @cogecohelps @cogeco That’s not acceptable. I work online. I’m using data from my phone. My office has no connection to my work. Is there a back up server or service u could direct us to for the time being. So for the amount of hours without server do we get compensated or reimbursed? 1/2
