Hey @cogeco @cogecohelps . We got a new modem today through Netfox and you people have STILL not done what’s required on your end to activate it. It’s been 9 hours now. We have kids in online school and a business to run during Covid. Get your **** together already. Wtf

@cogeco Resolve your DNS issues. My internets up strictly because i changed the DNS server on my router. This is unacceptable from a network provider to have the same issue twice in a week

@cogecohelps unbelievably bad service- even worse than your usual uncaring support staff. I can not tell you how much I regret switching back to Cogeco. I thought in the 15 years I was with Bell things would have improved. Apparently not. I’m switching back.
