    Hey @cogeco @cogecohelps . We got a new modem today through Netfox and you people have STILL not done what’s required on your end to activate it. It’s been 9 hours now. We have kids in online school and a business to run during Covid. Get your **** together already. Wtf

    So what did you do on Easter Sunday? We've spent the entire day trying to get cell phone service transferred back to @Virgin from @cogeco after the switchover last week left my wife unable to see group texts. So much fun.

    @cogeco @cogecohelps Cogeco customer care is so hopeless, it has a 1000 options to select and once you somehow by pass to get to an agent they say reset modem and hang up via automated voice. Seriously!! I’ve had no internet since a day now and no one cares!
