    Hey @cogeco @cogecohelps . We got a new modem today through Netfox and you people have STILL not done what’s required on your end to activate it. It’s been 9 hours now. We have kids in online school and a business to run during Covid. Get your **** together already. Wtf

    @cogecohelps @cogeco I think it is time to credit your customers on their bills for this month. We can then use that money for the phone data we have to use because of your connection being down. Also, your social media CSRs deserve raises.
