Hey @cogeco @cogecohelps . We got a new modem today through Netfox and you people have STILL not done what’s required on your end to activate it. It’s been 9 hours now. We have kids in online school and a business to run during Covid. Get your **** together already. Wtf

@cogeco I see my phone is down too. If a cell phone is a requirement in the event of an emergency to offset your constant outages, how about if you underwrite the cost of my phone service. I didn't ***** at your previous outages over the last few days, but I'm done.

@cogeco, I teach high school. You’ve had 2 outages in the last 2 weeks and I’ve had to call in 2 more times for tech help because my speed has been low. What the hell!? Now I have to wait until FRIDAY to get a tech here!? Unacceptable! Fix it or I’m gone!

@cogeco I just called Cogeco and was on hold for 15 minutes to get to customer service, and the agent picked up but hung up right away. I’m frustrated!

@Bell_Support and @cogeco whichever one of you gets into my neighborhood and upgrades our internet lines to something other than our 1960s infrastructure, will get a lot of business. All of us are tired of temp lines and very spotty service. Terrible
