    Hey @cogeco @cogecohelps . We got a new modem today through Netfox and you people have STILL not done what’s required on your end to activate it. It’s been 9 hours now. We have kids in online school and a business to run during Covid. Get your **** together already. Wtf

    @Coleman42 @cogeco It's much more likely the someone drove into a hydro poll carrying fiber or someone failed to properly survey a worksite prior to digging than cogeco cutting their own lines. **** happens everyday it's a miracle this only happens a couple times a year.

    @cogeco Had service appt last night 5-8. No show. I called, was told it was rebooked for tonight 5-8. Rec’d verification call for TONIGHT. I called to confirm. Told it’s now tmrw 5-8. Why did someone not call to communicate? Do I need to change providers? 😡

    @cogecohelps You have the worst Techs in the Pembroke area. After needing X3 8am-5pm appointments to get my install done(someone to show up), I convinced my friend to switch from Bell to Cogeco at his new house. Same situation, his 3rd appointment is coming up!!! 8-5 ****

    @vdavies65 We don't have that issue with Cogeco or Telus.. but I'm not surprised if Bell or Rogers pulled that stunt especially if you use their entire digital platform. CRTC may have to consider breaking them up they're like the oil companies in the 1920's
