Hey @cogeco @cogecohelps . We got a new modem today through Netfox and you people have STILL not done what’s required on your end to activate it. It’s been 9 hours now. We have kids in online school and a business to run during Covid. Get your **** together already. Wtf

@cogeco Modem reboots didn’t fix but it was my equipment. All good now.

@j_tokee @cogeco Not sure what epico is but we pay for the fastest internet package and never get anywhere near the speeds we should. My wife is currently working from home and requires the internet for her job and meetings. Its an important tool and we expect it to work given what we pay for it

@cogeco What up with today? My internet just went out, y is there so many issues like this? Three times this week it went out for hours before coming back on. All I have is internet high speed for 80$ a month and I dont get 100% service.

@cogecohelps hello! our at-home remote learners are having @cogeco Internet issues again here in #HamOnt #Ancaster ... can you please confirm if service outage? Looks like others in Ontario are experiencing the same based on quick Twitter search.
