@cogeco your support system has to be one of the worst. I have no internet to complete my work. I’ve spend an hour and half troubleshooting and trying to call. I was disconnected 2 times so I used to app to speak with support on there. Lucky me, that convo dropped too. Call me!

These @cogeco people don't give up. Even if your walking away from them at the mall they will still yell their pitch at you. If they come to your door and you tell them your not interested they will still go through their pitch. I can tell you I will never go cogeco.

@cogeco Not just Epico were impacted, my normal service was also. During the Grey Cup, screen would go completely black on numerous occasions, pixelated every 30 to 40 seconds. Tried calling tech support to no avail.Can you not handle the customer demand?
