@cogecohelps Hi Sandra. Acct telephone is 2893393179 53 Woodbridge Rd, Hamilton. I spoke with CS this morning because Bell has run fibre on my street and offered me 1GB internet for $74.95. Cogeco would not match. I’d prefer to stay with Cogeco. I’ve never had a service issue. But….

@Cogeco Any chance you will be adding the CityTV Now Experience to your line up. I see almost all other cable companies are now offering this service. Please look into doing this as I'm sure many subscribers would appreciate it!

@cogecohelps here we go again with another outage. The Cogeco TiVo app hasn’t worked in four days (since Jan 1 - coincidence?) and the only response from your tech support is “There is [sic] issues with the tivo app. We are aware. No timeframe for when it will be fixed”

@cogeco I am a long time customer… stood up for installation today (moving to new home) and now on phone for over an hour getting shuttled from one person to another. The worst service I’ve ever received, so frustrated.

@TekSavvyCSR I’ve been having intermittent service since a branch came down on a line to my house at the beginning of January. I am a tek savvy customer, but tried contacting Cogeco because it is their line, but they haven’t looked into it at all to my knowledge.
