@cogeco been on customer service cll fr 30 mins, an agent talked to me fr mere 1 minute, got the basic info, put me on hold, i hv d system apologizing every minute or so. This is fuckd up ! Hire more ****** ppl so our problems cn b sorted without waiting so much. I hv a lif

@cogeco fix your internet it cuts outs and drops packets every day I don’t have a day without issues . Plus I’ve had a tech out multiple times nothing ever has been fixed

@cogecohelps @cogeco Update: Two technicians arrived this morning, and were very, very helpful! We did have a weak signal coming in, so they fixed all of that and are referring a line replacement. Thank you again for your help!
